This is the worst company I have ever done business with. non responsive. I keep asking who is my domain with never get an answer. Site is down again . No response . never finished web site. but got paid.

The atrociously horrendous series of experiences continued for over 1 1/2 years to date. At first, I was treated well by an Ava Flynn, who disappeared on a "Leave of absence," leaving Solomon Dean in charge. At that point, the engagement became an utter disaster. Nothing was done correctly and just about everything required repetitive instructions, which were all quite detailed. My photographer eventually became involved, who happened to have ample experience in the areas websitemaisters (one heck of a misnomer in any language) claimed to have expertise in. She was also a witness to most, if not all of this misfeasance and told Solomon that his behavior was unprofessional in writing. Soloman promised me the date upon which the partial (which should have been full) refund was made to me, as well as, and perhaps more importantly, a link and instructions so that we may edit the site without any further involvement from websitemaisters. To date, neither promise has been kept as the many weeks go by without rhyme or an ounce of reason. I asked for the name and contact information for the CEO, and was told by Solomon Dean, George West. I have been copying Mr. West as well as my photographer on all correspondence, and have specifically and very clearly demanded the West, the alleged CEO reply. He has not and he must share the blame for what has been going on. Prior to my retirement, to strictly play professionally as a musician (which has been thwarted by websitemaister's negligence and "couldn't care less" attitude about my project, I was an attorney for over 48 years, as well as a Nationally recognized expert in the fields of quality assurance systems and productivity/perfarmance management. Websitemaisters is a classic example of how not to treat customers. Despite the fact that I thought I was dealing with a firm based in Jacksonville, Florida when I hired them, as it turned out, they were in fact a Pakistani outfit. Do a Google search on them and see what you find out. Never hire these losers if you know what is good for you and your enterprise. A word to the wise. I made a HUGE MISTAKE hiring them and I should have been much more careful finding someone to build my website. "Maisters"? Baloney!

This company is horrific and the fact that trust pilot ranks them so high shows how trust pilot is purchased reviews. A year later, no website and £1.5k down. Scammers and not in the UK

My experience is frustrating, terrible and a nightmare, Call the company and the call drops when you select option for Sales or Support, this has been like this for last 2-3 weeks. Call again the same thing happen. Sent email to Austin Marques and Jerry Lewis, most of time they don't response to serious issues. I put 2 weeks of my time to get this common sense errors to be fixed on the website by Jerry Lewis and the website was 96% finalized with, correct drop down pricing of services, working Paypal Add Cart and Check Out on February 21. My two weeks of trying to get the following errors or technical issues resolved were for example, misaligned letters in the Main page Header, grammar errors in About section, Services Pricing listing, the four options to be selected by customers Member, Non Member, One Time Use, Monthly fee and Yearly Fees that was fixed by Jerry Lewis on 2/20/23. 3 minor items needed to fix to make the website 100% finalized on Friday February 28 and for me to get website login credentials,that never happened. The final 3 errors are not getting email notification for Booking appointment to business email instead it goes to personal email> *Instead a malicious act was done by Austin Marques on February 28 at about 12pm to revert all errors fixed by Jerry Lewis back to 2 week ago errors. This has been a stressful, awful experience that I never had company do to me. Jerry Lewis or Austin Marques or management hasn’t taken the ownership of calling me back yet to fix this terrible non working website or do the right thing. The website has foreign language for the testimonial and at the bottom of main page, which shouldn't happen, if you proof read the website, Instead Austin, Jerry Lewis and management have fail to call me back to fix this critical problem. Now I have this terrible website without drop menu of prices for Services, Add to Cart or Check out payment method via Paypal, this is causing me to lose revenue, which is unacceptable and frustrating .*Because of a childish, malicious act that’s was done by Austin Marques or by someone in the company which is unprofessional and irresponsible. I Need A Manager or Owner To Call Me Today ASAP At 813.474.6056 And Get My Website Fix ASAP, To Way it was on February 28 at 11:45am, it’s was 96% percent finalized ready to get my website login credentials with Service pricing drop menus, Pay Add Shopping and checkout. I'm losing revenue, each day the website doesn't get fix. I Need Help!

Scammers be very carefull with this company. Will never recomend they charge me and I never get the project done waiting from October 4 until November 11 2024 for not result. Never provide then with your wordpress administration they will take all your information for fraud and destroy your website.
