Website Design IntactReviews of websitedesignintact.com

The website looks nice!

This rating is specifically for Rob Garner. He did an exceptional job in managing our project. There appeared to be many challenges with other departments and with several of the product versus pricing points. Rob was very consistent and committed in making sure that I was pleased with my product with the outcome of my website, he lives very carefully when I had my concerns about how I was being charged for additional services that were promised and purchase, he was very responsive to any concerns that I raise. As a customer, I had many had many concerns with the company as a whole with regards to what is initially promised in the packages that are offered versus what you actually get. However, Rob has been exceptional and provided great customer service and was simply exceptional. He would be the ONLY reason I would refer this company to several of my friends and associates who are currently seeking website building services. My experience has been throughout the month of April during my website build.

Rob Garner's attention to detail and dedication to bringing my vision to life were truly remarkable. My experience with Website Design Intact and Rob Garner was second to none, he and his team were upfront and very responsive during the entire process. The end result of my site was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone.

My website looks fabulous. The colors are beautiful, the layout is really nice, and the communication with Rob has been clear each time I request changes. We are getting closer to the end and I am very excited. Rob and I went over the changes I just requested. I am going to send him my book so he can do his magic and fix it. My book is "The Red Purse that Chased Crazy," which Rob already has created on my website. We just now need to add the book, the pages. Thank you for the great experience.

The Website Design Intact was able to offer a reasonable package for building a site, and the initial version itself was impressive with what was expected. Later during the support Harrison was able to help with getting the request to the dev team.
