Horrible experience. Despite the "money back guarantee" built in, when confronted with their failure to deliver completed website after 8 months of delays, the not only were rude, they lied about the refund until they were out of most of the bank refund window, refused to refund at all. Despite termination of services in 2035, continued "working" on project, and thst was "reason" not to honor money backed guarantee on contract. Very incompetent. Had full design specs for whole thing plus all graphics and other resources (including Lirem Ipsum resources) entire 8 months, and could not get it done. Working with them was pulling teeth. Their teams constantly had personal issues that bled into delays on the site, and despite extending patience and grace for 8 months (website deb only takes 1.5 months max in industry) they lied, were lazy, incompetent, made their problems my headache, and never honored the agreement, and "stole" oflver $2K effectively with nothing to show for it. I had even sold all my musical instruments (Roth Cello + Piano) to meet their ever increasing demands of funds, and now I have nothing at all to show for it due to their graft and incompetence. This was my experience, and my experience only. Just tired of being silent, treated like a doormat, and disrespected. Would rate -infinity stars if possible. This company does shotty work, does not listen to what the customer says, gives poor replies, and does not honor any of their commitments. They do not give refunds as advertised. They are hard to contact and now appears to have closed up shop to the email and phone numbers that they gave me. Additionally, they use fake English names with heavy foreign accents, and they REFUSE TO HAVE FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS.

This is a warning to others to be wary of this business they, they use phony names the ones that the names they gave me was a Hispanic sounding gentleman with a German name by the name of Marcus Schmidt and his immediate supervisor was Kiara which I'm sure it's not her name either but anyway don't be taken in by people these people they promise you they're going to do this and that and the other and they do nothing but still your money, they are a bunch of liars and cheats .They stole $3,500 of my money with no refund provided when asked for.

RUN! They sign you up and then won't do the work until they get more money from you. If you read the fine print on their website they use aliases, not their real names. They offer cheap packages to get you on the hook and then it starts with why you need to upgrade or buy a dedicated server for $2k, etc. Capital One got my money back because the company was blacklisted for fraud. I doubt any of the reviews are real.

Nope. Run away. Liars. SCAMMERS. Just nope. No website since March when we finally demanded what they did it's riddled with spelling errors and non functional. Oh and they linked it to some random domain instead of ours.
