This company is ridiculous. I advised Jeff from this company that I knew nothing on the marketing side. He advised they would handle everything. Two years later my website is awful and has made no money. There has been a turn around in staff so I didn’t even know who to talk to. The accents were very heavy so I asked them to contact me via email. They continued to call. I asked for a refund and they refused so I mailed a letter to them which couldn’t be delivered. After about 3 weeks later I received the letter back unopened with no signature.

I am very dissatisfied with Website Bravo. I started with them approximately one year ago and have made no income. I paid a lot of money for this site. I kept asking what I need to do to make my business better and because of the thick accents I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Due to this issue, I asked several times to email me instead of call and they continue to call. I’ve asked for a refund on several occasions but they chose to ignore that.

un-American/ Veteran Disapproves/ Dishonest/ Will not honor their word. This organization took over a project and said they were not from Pakistan and said they were from America. This company stole my money. They promised a return of my funds then when I requested a return they refused. They took my website hostage and refuse to fix it.
