Website BravoReviews of websitebravo.com

Our waitress Sharon is amazing. She is friendly, knowledgeable about the food on the menu and probably the hardest working waitress I’ve met..Sharon always has a smile and kind words. She keeps the water and beverages filled. Until You get up from the seat. The wait is never long. The bill is always correct. The cooks at Bravo in Rochester do a great job in getting your food to you in a timely manner. The Manager manages the restaurant well. The restrooms are clean as is the restaurant. I love eating at Bravo while I sho at The Village.

They did a great job making the website for my business. I’m very happy with the work that Website Bravo and his team worked to make a great business page for me. They communicate well and do a great job of being detailed.

We hired go to Website Bravo to make a website and market our clothing business online since we were only selling clothes in person. Our business has grown a lot since then, and now we have more online sales than in store sales.

This company is ridiculous. I advised Jeff from this company that I knew nothing on the marketing side. He advised they would handle everything. Two years later my website is awful and has made no money. There has been a turn around in staff so I didn’t even know who to talk to. The accents were very heavy so I asked them to contact me via email. They continued to call. I asked for a refund and they refused so I mailed a letter to them which couldn’t be delivered. After about 3 weeks later I received the letter back unopened with no signature.

Hannah Austin helped me tremendously. I am moving away from my previous company I started with a partner to do solo proprietor and needed a logo that matched my business. She was able to create and present me with ideas and a final logo within days.

I am very dissatisfied with Website Bravo. I started with them approximately one year ago and have made no income. I paid a lot of money for this site. I kept asking what I need to do to make my business better and because of the thick accents I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Due to this issue, I asked several times to email me instead of call and they continue to call. I’ve asked for a refund on several occasions but they chose to ignore that.

Service was above and beyond what I’d expected. Website came out great! My project manager, Bruce Wilson, was a class act the whole process. I will have to come back for any of my other website needs in the future.

I wanted to start my business but did not know where to begin and websitebravo brought it to life, my website is amazing. I'm currently working with Mr Bruce Wilson, he is phenomenal. Mr Bruce is professional in his approach, knowledge in his field. He always listen to my ideas, give feedback, prompt in completing task etc overall a wonderful experience.
