Webhostpython is a great hosting service. Anytime I have an issue they help me solve it in good time. To be honest, they are the best hosting servce I have been involved with and resolve problems very quickly.

For a service, they offer competitive options but the failure of their support makes them a terrible choice. I have been a customer with them for almost a decade and now that they are owned by a bigger company, they just don't care about their customers at all. I continuously have problems with their support. They are slow, they cannot explain their outages and they do not care about loyalty. I have had the exact same problem happen multiple times. Asking for an RCA always gets you a "we fixed it and cannot tell you what happened nor can we tell you how we are planning to stop it from happening in the future" kind of answer.

I regret to share that I’ve been having a disappointing experience, particularly concerning the unresolved issue with ticket XTT-807-71499 and OWD-849-68890. Despite paying for a VPS and additional services on a monthly basis, the Webhostpython sysadmin team has not been able to uphold their promise of providing a malware-free server experience. This has been frustrating, especially given the expectations I had from the extra services I’ve subscribed to. It's been over 72h, the matter is still not resolved and I found out MYSELF that the server is infected (via File Explorer). I would appreciate it if this matter could be escalated to a supervisor for further review & speedy resolution - can't have a server be infected for so long... Things would look different with previous owner James and Team - they would look into things until they are completely solved at the root, not just band-aided with superficial support tickets.
