**WebHostPython Has Gone Seriously…
**WebHostPython Has Gone Seriously Downhill** I was a WebHostPython customer for more than **3 years**, but unfortunately, the company I originally signed up with is not the company I’m dealing with today. Since the acquisition by **WorldHostGroup**, my experience has progressively deteriorated, and the pricing has become particularly unacceptable. WebHostPython is now operating under the **Hosting.com** name, but the changes in branding have done nothing to improve my experience as a customer. When I first joined, I was paying around **$20/month** for my reseller hosting. After a while, that increased to **$25/month**, then to **$33/month in April**, and now I’m being charged around **$45/month**. That means the price has **more than doubled compared with what I originally paid**, while the service has certainly not improved by anything close to that amount. What makes the latest increase especially frustrating is the **lack of notification**. I was not informed in advance that my monthly price was going up again. I only discovered the new price when I received the **invoice**. For a company that has had me as a paying customer for more than three years, I find that extremely poor communication and customer service. A company can increase prices. That's business. But repeatedly increasing prices on loyal customers while providing little additional value, and then failing to properly notify them about the latest increase, is simply unacceptable. At this point, I’m paying significantly more for essentially the same reseller hosting resources. There has been no compelling improvement that would justify such aggressive price increases. After more than three years, I’ve finally decided that enough is enough. The company I originally trusted as WebHostPython has changed considerably, and my confidence in its long-term value has been seriously undermined. **I would no longer recommend WebHostPython, now Hosting.com, to anyone looking for reliable long-term reseller hosting or good value.** If you're considering signing up, I strongly recommend looking carefully at the renewal pricing and comparing alternatives before committing. What looks like a reasonable deal initially can become a very different proposition after repeated price increases. Years of loyalty deserved better than this.

Hi Salah-Eddine, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We truly value the loyalty you've shown us over the past three years, and I'm sorry to hear that recent pricing changes have affected your confidence in WebHostPython. To continue providing the level of support, service stability, and quality our customers expect, we've had to review our pricing in line with rising licensing and operational costs. We've absorbed these increases for some time, but adjustments have become necessary to help us maintain our services and continue meeting our customers' needs. These decisions aren't made lightly. We also aim to ensure customers are informed about upcoming renewals in advance, giving them time to review their subscriptions and decide how they'd like to proceed. That said, we'd like to take a closer look at your account to see how we may be able to help. We've requested your account details through Trustpilot. Please share your details with us, we'll be able to locate your account and review this further. Dyane, Customer Advocacy
