I sent an email to my entire company and Chairman of the Board announcing that our new website was up! Things were going splendidly until 2:30pm when the server we were hosting on went down. It didn't come back up until after 10:30pm. Customer Service couldn't give me any ETA at all, I spent the day refreshing our page praying for it to come back up. Immediately started the process of switching to 1and1 once it came back up. I am really glad I did because 5 days later, I noticed my site was down again. After reviewing the WebHostingBuzz blog, I noticed that they made a comment on their post about changing the IP address of the server my site was hosted on. I wasn't made aware of this at all, so my A record was pointed to the incorrect place and my site had gone down yet again. Thankfully, my site was ready to go with 1and1 so I simply pointed to their IP instead and was back up in no time. While I appreciated that the WebHostingBuzz support team was always readily available by chat and they claim their outage was very rare, I cannot recommend this web hosting company.

That does not happen, but I've had my services and offline customers all morning. We are serious? Just after contacting more than 6 times the technical support, they told me to wait for tickets. But still I hope nothing, my customers expect, lose visits, lose money, hours of management .... The solution? > Immediately switch to another hosting seriously. The support given to customers is not at all good. Support for imediata management does not exist, but more than 24 hours of waiting .... Well I'm not happy, because after all it is only 1 IP you should get right and even that.

It's now Tuesday. All email and Web hosting services have been down since Sunday. Customer support says they had a hard drive failure. They still haven't installed a replacement. Hard drives fail. It's common. Replace it. Restore the data from a backup. Everybody is up and running. That's apparently not the case with this company. Moreover, they don't provide status updates nor an ETA. Do yourself a favor and pass these folks by.

"Data center" issues caused my account to be down for over 7 hours on August 6, 2015 and another 5 hours on August 8, 2015. Another second account is so slow that it's basically unusable, although they offered to move me to a newer, faster server. Customer support responds with a canned message then a link to a vague explanation. I am almost to the end of my rope and I am exploring options elsewhere.

I use this service for 2-3 months and I had more problems than at another providers during 2-3 years: -very slow loading times -uptime is under 80% -SMTP problems This is the worst provider that I used. Update: same problem as before + POP3 problems. After they fixed a problem, I experienced the same on the next day. Worst service EVER! There are daily problems with hosting service. I have to contact them every day. UPDATE 29/09/15: I have to contact the support 2-3 times every week, because my websites can not be reached or they are very slow. Last time when one of my website was dead all day, and I contacted them, they sent me an answer: everything is ok, my websites are working. When I checked the site that they didn't fix before, I saw that they simply renamed the index.php to index.php_ and they set the index.html that show my website is under construction. When I renamed this php file back to its original name, I got only a blank screen instead of working website. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE: -support zero -service zero -quality zero -uptime zero UPDATE 06/12/15: scam and money stealer "company". They show their packages with free domain and after the paid period of the package you have to buy your own domain! :) It is a joke and TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY! NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES! THESE SCAMMERS ARE RESELLERS OF NAMECHEAP.COM (ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY). I informed NAMECHEAP.COM about this scam but they don't care that they work with scammers.

I have previously been extremely pleased with WHB and has actually been a customer with them for four years now. Yesterday I contacted a new hosting provider because WHB simply isn't good enough anymore. I understand that you can have a bit of downtime. Unfortunately, the problem comes from I/O there is on 2 MB. That's ridiculous! In addition, their live chat support been arrogant and confrontational in recent months..! I have now decided to buy a server with another provider who might be interested in having customers.
