I have lost clients that have been with me for many years because of my decision to switch to this company. I have dozens of websites and only the ones hosting on webhostingbuzz goes down so often. Sometimes they are down for several days. At least once per month I am getting customer complaints and it's not only embarraissing but also detrimental to any business. I have lived to regret my choice and I really hope this review saves someone from making the same mistake.

Super slow servers and down times. They always have the excuse it is working fine at their end. I would not recommend at all.

The server my site was hosted on was frequently hit with DDoS attacks, even after I was moved to a new server. After one such incident, WebHostingBuzz changed the IP address of the server but only updated one of the two DNS servers, resulting in my sites being inaccessible for many days. WebHostingBuzz falsely advertises 24/7 phone support (they have NO phone support). WebHostingBuzz refused to have a supervisor contact me and refused to make any adjustment to my account. This is a shell company that takes your money and does not provide services - beware!

Signed up after seeing a recommendation on a forum. Paid via Paypal and moved my files and exported database. Received an email shortly saying that account is flagged as high risk and need my copy of passport. Really? For $8/month subscription paid via Paypal, you need copy of a passport??? what kind of joke is this? What era they are living in? People are buying $1000 worth of airline tickets online these days only giving payment information. I didn't want to test how far their ridiculousness goes. Cancelled right away.

I am using WebHostingBuzz re-seller hosting account since last 8 years. Their server are not good and their technical staff is not efficient to keep their server up and running all time. Today all my clients websites down from more than 4 hours and I just spoke with their Customer Support ALEX and he told me: "Alex.S: We have good news for you. We just recently received an update from onsite Technicians and expect the issue to be resolved within 1-2 hours from now." After 4 hours of downtime he is telling me it will take more 1 to 2 hours. Other horrible thing is their own company website also down. I dont recommend them to anyone how are expecting 99.9% uptime. The only good thing is their customer support you can connect quickly but its helpless when its matter of downtime. THEY MUST REMOVE 99.9% UPTIME from their website which is not at all real.

First I will say that it's great you can always get a hold of the support on their website chat (not that they're very helpful with server issues). The price was right when I purchased, but I have had an incredibly awful experience with my webhostingbuzz reller account. The server was down often, the support wasn't very helpful, and it seemed like they were more interested in the money and tricky terms of service than offering a quality service/product. It was a rough journey throughout, but one big thing at the end was that their free domain that they gave me for every year that I had a reseller account... when I wanted to transfer away, they charged me $12 for every year before they would release my domain. They said they legally owned it and that I had to pay them for every year they paid for my registration fee. I paid them $xxx/year in hosting I figured the free domain was actually free. Anyway, overall I would STAY AWAY from Web Hosting Buzz and go with another company!

I have been with WHB for almost 10 years. During most of this time, their service was outstanding. In the past 2 years it has gone beyond horrible. I had a similar experience where they changed the IP of my server without telling me, and I was down for hours. The people working support have no clue, and just ask dumb questions not related to the issue. If you don't need a dependable site or helpful service then this is the hosting company for you. As for me, I am moving to a hosting company that I cannot name because I guess it is against the guidelines.
