I had an issue with a Wordpress site that locked me out while updating plugins. I contacted support and Adit was able to get things sorted out for me within a few minutes, and was super friendly in the process. What more could you ask for in support? Five stars for sure.

Give Simeon K. a raise! Honestly though, in my 10 years working for the Town of Hollis and being a customer of webhosting buzz, I have not experienced such a wonderful provider of service from your company as I did today. We have to update our DNS records today for the launch of our new website. The initial help I received did not provide much detail. Simeon not only provided the "how" and "why" DNS records work when changed or deleted, but also reset our DNS zone, re-added all the records exactly as they were before, and set the TTL to be consistent to prevent future issues. Simeon was my angel sent from the technology gods today! I would give Simeon K. 1000 stars if I could--he is that good! Thank you, Simeon K!

I had an issue that was relatively complex to solve (or so I thought). The fantastic support team at WebHostingBuzz also required some time and a few rounds to pinpoint the issue but they never dropped the ball, were extremely responsive and solved my issue. Really pleased!
