Had been with WHB for years when last summer they lost several months worth of my emails. Not only were they unable to recover them from backups but they basically blamed me for a script they ran that caused it but refused to provide any explanation as to why the configuration I'd been using for 13 years without any issues was suddenly an issue for them and their badly-defined and insufficiently-tested email deleting script.

I transfered over a domain name to Webhostingbuzz and they won't allow me to access to it to renew with the current holder (namecheap). With my domain set to expire soon, I have no way of renewing my domain through the current holder because WebhostingBuzz registered themselves as the OWNER of the domain. WebHostingBuzz is a reseller -- and as part of their fradulent activity, then use a third party to renew and/or buy domains for customers then when they don't renew in advance, they lock their account (and domain) so they cannot use the actual domain registrar (who currently hold the domain name). Aside from the shoddy hosting I experienced and subsequently left them YEARS ago, WebhostingBuzz, is also practicing fradulent activities with domain mains. Please do not use this service -- as the reviews state, this company does not have customer service, and they will scam you to make a dollar. Best of luck!

Durante el último año el servicio de hosting de esta empresa se ha caído 30 veces (esta caídas solían durar un par de horas y ser los fines de semana). Pero el gran problema ha venido ahora: el servidor lleva totalmente caído 7 días y sigue sin funcionar. No podemos recibir correos electrónicos, ni enviar emails a nuestros clientes, ni publicar nuestros artículos. Tenemos 16 webs sin funcionar. No está causando serios problemas esta situación. El servicio de atención al cliente de esta empresa es pésimo. No te dan solución al problema ni te responden debidamente. Lo que hacen es torearte (se hacen los locos): te dicen que están intentando solucionarlo pero nada más (no hacen nada al respecto). Además, no tienen un teléfono de contacto donde llamarles. Sin embargo, mes a mes te siguen cobrando puntualmente por sus facturas. Este modus operando linda con la estafa. No tienen tampoco personal para repeler los mas sencillos ataques de DDos (Denegación de servicio). Queremos migrar inmediatamente a otra empresa y tampoco podemos porque el servidor está caído. Estamos seriamente evaluando interponer acciones judiciales contra dicha empresa. Es una empresa que no debería existir.

Ya llevo con el servidor caido 5 dias y no me dan explicacion tengo una cuenta de revendedor y mis clientes estan que me matan por que no tienen correo electronico funcionando ni sitio web.

I have been with them a long time. Still have their silver plan which was a lifetime plan with unlimited everything. For the past couple of years though they have been harrassing me and now they are redirecting all traffic to a 404 error page over a manufactured problem associated with a mod they host and wont disable, in conjunction with another domain on the same shared IP. Completely dispicable!

Worst Website Host I have ever had. I cancelled shortly after I established an account and found out how poor their support is. I have published websites since 1987 with no problems until WebHostingBuzz. I quickly moved to GoDaddy, where the support is exceptional. Of course I didn't get my money back, that was understood. Now they sent me an invoice for an account that was cancelled almost 2 years ago.

Opened an account and started working on a website, wordpress, They cancelled my account out of the blue and I lost days of work. Stay far away from this host.

My sites routinely go offline. When I go to upload new data, it seems that my FTP access is removed. They never explain what happened. I feel they don't want me as a customer since I am locked in a guaranteed price and they don't make enough money from me. Another time, all of my MySQL user accounts were deleted, so my websites were returning errors to users. Since I don't check my sites routinely, I don't know how long it was out of service. My entire content was deleted and no backup was available to restore it so I had to rebuild everything from a backup I had on my computer. I am leaving WHB at the end of my prepaid period. Go with another company, pay a little more for reliability. Read reviews so you don't get another company just as bad.
