I had several issues with my Joomla which were beyond the scope of the hosting service, and the support staff was always there willing to go extra mile and assist me. I had some problems with 2 wordpress websites hosted at my Reseller Plan with WHB: the websites didn't show at all. The WHB support managed my ticket quickly and solved the technical issue (not dependent on the server!). Glad to have everything fixed :)
