WebHostFace has the best customer service I have encountered over the last years. I had a bunch of questions before signing up for a 5 year hosting deal. Not only did I get my questions answered in a fashionable time, I got some solid additional advice on how to proceed with setting things up so that I would have no downtime while migrating several domains. Later, when I managed to get myself stuck in, the very royal, control panel that comes with the hosting plans, they took ample time to first fix things that I messed up. And afterward I was taken through the steps that I should have taken, essentially taken me by the hand and guiding me and once again giving me detailed advice on how to best go forward specifically for my use case. When I wanted to add some additional services later on I contacted sales. And there I learned that sublime customer care is something that must be in the companies DNA. I really had my mind set on a specific add-on, and just wanted to purchase it. A few questions from Iva was all it took to realize that this was not the proper add-on to what I wanted. I ended up getting another, less expensive add-on that would suit my needs much better. This was a unique experience finding that customer focus in the sales department as well. I have referred several relations to WebHostFace since then. They all made the switch and are happy with their decision. I was seeking for a good but budget friendly web hosting provider and i infact bought accounts with several competitor sites but i wasn't convinced with them at all until i found webhostface by a typo error but this error was turned out to be the greatest find of my carrier. packages are ultra affordable, features are great, free ssl for everyone, free cdn. what more you want? experienced no downtime for all my 17 sites in 4 years. support staff is friendly and excellent at troubleshooting. must recommend. 11/10 :)
