Some of the templates are nice and fluid and I think you can achieve some nicely executed designs but the pricing is daylight robbery. My plan was recently increased from $35 (already absurd) to $46 which considering I have a small portfolio website of 15 pages (10 are CMS pages - sharing a single CMS template) is absolutely ridiculous. When i asked about the increase and wether there are cheaper plans I was told my old plan was merged with a more expensive one (shock) and now i have access to 20k CMS items and 40 CMS collections, non of which i need and I think they probably know that. Many people will not need these features but it justifies a price increase for an already overpriced product. Also to be charged $46 whilst you use a crap AI chatbot support is a joke. The amount of corporate greed here is a disgrace, I aim to migrate my website ASAP or start from scratch. An average platform thats got way too big for its boots. Get in the bin Webflow.

The entire support system is an AI chatbot full of slop, and if you ask for a human to follow up over email, your new ticket sends you right back to the same chatbot. On top of that, they just raised prices while downgrading support. Easy decision to cancel your subscription and move on to another builder. The website builder itself is more complicated than it needs to be and can take hours for what should be done in minutes because of bugs and weird quirks.

Their resolution BREAKPOINT system it is a total joke. This is an embarrassment to the human intellect and business practice. The fact that if you accidentally made a mistake and you can not take it back or change it is beyond and above BAD DESIGN in their architecture.

After about 4-5 years now hosting my website via webflow... I have to say i'm throwing in the towel due to the lack of maintenance on their app. You can build quite a lot of cool stuff.. but under the hood its absolutely horrible and they haven't done much to fix it. It barely runs my portfolio website. I can't even click on elements without it freezing constantly. I'm already in the process of migrating to a different tool. Such a shame because you can do a lot of stuff, but in terms of performance its just awful. You're better off just building a website that is simple, functional and runs. Will convert better any day. Managing classes is also a complete nightmare, and the UX itself does not really help you manage this. It leaves you no choice but to continuously add more "class stuff" which slows your website down.

As long as I need to pay extra $29/month for localization just to be able to upload images in other languages, I will keep this negative review. This feature should be in Localization Essentiel for just extra $9/month (which is already pretty expensive since it's $9/m for each language) I see with the other reviews that I'm not the only one thinking that.

When webflow works it is fantastic. However it works only half the time. I cannot believe how unreliable this platform. Half the time it just doesn't save or load. I am happy paying their prices however most platforms boast a 99.99% up time. I would say Webflow is 50-55% in reality.

It's not suitable for e-commerce: Expensive and Crash I constantly receive complaints that the e-commerce tool constantly crashes (when managing products, etc.). It's expensive compared to the few tools they offer for e-commerce. They charge you for EVERYTHING! Want language support? Then pay. Want decent analytics? Then pay. Summary: DO NOT use Webflow for e-commerce.

I have been using Webflow for years but I'm sick of paying for basic features that all other hosting plan included.... moving to Wordpress. The last straw for me is that its $15 a month for a seat so a second person can edit the site content and additional $40 per month for a second person to have full control (admin).
