Do not buy from webeyestore. Their website indicates lenses in stock but I do not think they have any or many. Instead, they most likely take your order and then try to obtain the lenses and reship. Meanwhile, I got an email saying that the lenses had shipped almost immediately and another one saying that the lenses were on backorder. Both could not be correct. I had ordered two different types of lenses from two manufacturers but they could not tell me which lens(es) were actually on backorder. Calling their customer service you get the same phony--literally--recording that makes it sound like you are waiting for a rep, but in my experience no one picks up and they put you on voicemail, then hang up on you. Completely bogus customer service. As noted by others, you cannot actually cancel your order online. My take on the 5 star reviews is that they may well have been written by the owners. Read them carefully.

I ordered Acuvue Oasys contacts from webeyestore.com on Oct. 30. A few days later, I sent them an email inquiring about the status of my order because the online order status through their website was not up to date. The response back was that my order shipped Nov. 1st. I waited for 4 days, and the contacts had not arrived, so I emailed them again. The response this time was that they were checking on the status of my order and it might have to be reshipped. They told me they would give me an udpate within 48 hours, but I never got an udpate. I gave them two extra days to respond, but I had to email them again. This time, they said they had shipped the order via USPS on Nov. 15th. The contacts finally arrived on Nov. 19th. NOT ONLY DID THIS WEBSITE LIE ABOUT WHEN THEY SHIPPED THE PACKAGE, BUT THEY ALSO NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS AND DID NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES FOR GIVING STATUS UPDATES ON MY ORDER!!! I have a feeling that if I had not monitored my order very closely, I could have easily been ripped off. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Take your order to 1800-Contacts. They'll match any competitor's price.

Enough waiting for delivery after 12 days. Putting in cxl request with credit card today. Not worth the headache !

I ordered two boxes of contact lenses from webeyestore.com. The lenses I received were not what I ordered. Apparently the verification fax from my eye doctor did not match what I had ordered. Webeyestore.com made no attempt to contact either my eye doctor or myself to find out why there was a discrepancy. They simply substituted lenses of their choice and sent them to me. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return these lenses to webeyestore.com in exchange for what I was told would be store credit. Almost four weeks after I paid to return the lenses I received an email from webeyestore.com stating that I would be getting a refund on my credit card and not store credit. I now how to wait several billing cycles to see if I actually do get a refund. And of course they would not refund the $6.95 I had to pay for original S/H so I'm out that money as well. Webeyestore.com seems like an amateur operation. Very poor all-around.

Shopping at Web Eye Store was the WORST online experience that I have ever had and certainly do NOT recommend!. I was told that my order was on backorder, but would have never been notified if I had not thought to call to check up on my order as their online order tracker is utterly useless. When I asked why I had not been notified, the person that I spoke to said that they were about to send the automated emails, but I interrupted them from doing so with my call. Why would ONE call prevent them from doing their job? SERIOUSLY? Telling the customers that their product is on backorder without notifying them of it immediately as any responsible business would seems to be a trend of their anyway. This person treated me like an idiot and changed the story several times and when I called them out on it, they just made something new up. After much frustration about several other things that occurred, I asked to cancel my order. I was told that that went against policy and that it could not be done. That if I wanted to cancel, I should have done it online over the weekend because now it was too late. HOWEVER, when I tried to change my order to add a quantity within MINUTES of placing it, the site would not let me because it said that my order was in the last stages of processing. After arguing this point, the person said that they could TRY to cancel it if I gave them a valid email address and that they would seek information regarding this. Shouldn't they have ALREADY had this? It was ridiculous. Eventually I managed to get my order canceled, but it was not without a fight. They made so many stories up along the way thinking that I was stupid enough to believe everything that they said. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE! Use a site that is far more reputable such as 1800contacts. They even price match, so you will still get the same low price!
