Avoid this company online! They advertise rebates on their contacts but the only way to get the rebate is to see a specific eye doc in Ny!

I never write reviews, good or bad but this company is awful. They do not answer the phone. You could hold with music for days. After finally getting them to change my order from 2 boxes to 4 via about 20 emails and paying for 4 they sent me only 2. I do not know why I keep dealing with them year after year for 3 of us in this family that wear contacts. This is it. Done, never again after I get this problem resolved. Buyer beware I have been enduring this service for 4+ years. Sometimes saving a little is just not worth the hastle and this I wil never endure this again.

Horrible service. Just as I said. They neither ship nor bother to tell you why. You can call them a dozen of times, no response, they are always busy with "other customers" I am about to chargeback them if they keep me dry another week. Bottom line, keep away of them."

I should have trusted all the negative reviews and NOT place an order but I gave them the benefit of doubt, what a mistake!! No customer service, no one returns calls or messages, they change your order without notifying you! This is an ophthalmology business and I almost wanted to start ordering contact lenses from them, luckily I didn't. will never do business with them anymore.

Web Eye Store sent me the wrong contacts and sent 4 boxes instead of two. They refused to pay for return shipping. The only way to communicate with them is via email. Their chat feature is never available. When I phoned I was on hold for up to 25 minutes with no answer. I returned the contacts and paid for shipping out of my pocket. They refunded part of what I paid due to shipping ( which was free) and return fees. They refuse to admit they made a mistake with my order.

Customer service is non existent. They will happily take your money and then provide no service at all when your order doesn't show up. If they ever do get back to your enquiries as to why your order hasn't arrive (for every 7 times you either email, call or web chat you get a response once) they will tell you its still in the mail. Seriously after 4 months they won't ever arrive. No refunds or care in the world.

I had a terrible, awful, horrible experience with Webeyestore several years ago and had some credits on my account due to the problems. I saw that the website was much improved and there were some positive reviews out, so I decided to use the discounts I had to buy new contacts. I was charged $6.95 shipping for 1 box of contacts, and now they are telling me to expect my order next week. That means it took 20 days (or more) to ship from New York to Arkansas?! Absolutely terrible customer service.

I've been dealing with this awful company now since the first week of October when i placed my order for daily lenses, it is now January 5th, 2012. They were back ordered and then shipped out without providing me any tracking number or notification that they were being sent out. Not only that but i provided a prescription from a new doctor and they still contacted a my old one after many emails asking them not to. Long story short- My package got lost, they wont refund my money or send out new packages, maybe every 3 weeks after emailing and calling non-stop they might send me an email but nothing is ever resolved. I do not trust this company and ask you not to put yourself through so much aggravation- as far as I'm concerned this company is a scam- interested in only collecting money. they wont help you, they wont refund you and don't care if you ever receive your contact lenses.
