I got the wrong prescription on the online prescription and they informed me they could not fix that. They said the online test I took was just a re-order of my old prescription, yet the new prescription was so off from the previous prescription that it blinded me in one eye. I had to remove the contact to see again.

Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. The order was filled using the prescription you provided at the time the order was placed which shows it was issued on April 7th 2020. We have no record of you purchasing an exam from WebEyeCare in 2020 . If you feel the prescription you provided us is incorrect we recommend contacting the number listed on the prescription for assistance. We are happy to exchange any unopened boxes once you have your prescription resolved. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
