This was my first time ordering…
This was my first time ordering contacts online. I was aware it would take up to two weeks to receive once I ordered, so that wasn’t an issue. They sent me updates every step of the way, i.e. when the order was received, status of order, when it was delivered to the carrier, once it was out for delivery, and when it had arrived in my mailbox. The price was right after I shopped around online for a while.

Ordering was easy but execution was lacking
The online ordering process was very easy. I liked that I only had to upload my prescription. What disappointed was the execution on your end. After about 5 days of waiting for the lenses to be shipped, I had to email to ask what was the hold up at your end since you had already charged my credit card and no one had contacted me for further information. To your credit you shipped them out that day, a week after I placed the order.

Great Customer Service
I received my order of contacts and was unsatisfied with the quality of the contacts. I was contacted by Mark to resolve my issue. Mark was great at communicating his sincere concern with this and my problem was resolved in less than a day. Customer service was fantastic! I appreciate the effort that was made to make my experience better. I would definitely purchase from WebEyeCare again.
