DONT PAY FOR ONLINE EYE EXAM. RIPOFF
I ordered contacts and was told my prescription expired. Normally I go to the eye dr every year but my eye dr quit taking my insurance. Web eye care sends me an email saying for $19.99 they will perform an eye exam online. I am skeptical but I paid because I didn't want to wait until I find another eye dr. I take the test and they tell me that my eyes have changed and I need to see an eye dr. I paid to hear that? what a rip off. They already took the money out of my account for the contacts? Now I'm thinking why would you take the money before everything is complete?

Fraudulent
Fraudulent. At the very end of the purchase process they slip in a "processing fee" of more than 50% of the purchase price, or over $200. This allows them to advertise a price that is not remotely reflective of what they will actually charge, and therefore appear to be lower than the competition.

Hello. We understand the frustration - fees are everywhere online. On various search platforms, it's typical for sellers to have the product price listed separately from any handling or processing fees. We do try to be as up-front about ours as possible by listing the charges separately in the Cart.
