Working with Web Dynamics SEO was an outstanding experience. They demonstrated a deep understanding of SEO strategies and provided a personalized, transparent service. We saw a significant boost in our website's traffic and search engine rankings.

In my time thus far with WD, communication has been great. We are working on a few different projects together and I am happy. We are currently optimizing some things and finding the perfect piece to scale, but so far so good. Tony is very responsive and hops on things right away to have them resolved and keep things moving. I really appreciate that.

Great company to work with. Affordable, consistent and follows directions. I’ve been with them for over a year and I’m happy.

Do not waste your time with this terrible business. They wasted countless hours trying to upsell me on an initial onboard session. They then delivered shocking social media content, which did not take into account anything I had discussed via email, phone call or the video session. They then kept charging my card each month, despite numerous attempts to contact and ask to cancel. STAY well away from these people.

To ensure your concerns are handled directly and that your cancellation is processed without further delay, could you please contact me personally at [email protected]? Joshua promised that their company would put out 2 pieces of content weekly on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok. THAT WAS A FAT LIE. The initial consultation sounded " TO GOOD TO BE TRUE." After not fulfilling their end of the contract they actually tried to bill me for services NON RENDERED. After calling back several times to speak to Joshua he would not and has not returned my calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULANT COMPANY. They have good intentions just don't have the ability to fulfill their goals for you the client.

This is not the level of service we pride ourselves on, and we are taking immediate steps to address this lapse in communication and service delivery. Please allow us the opportunity to rectify this situation. I would like to personally oversee the resolution of your concerns, including the adjustment of any charges for services that were not rendered as promised. Hey Manny, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We are deeply troubled to hear about your experience with our services and the issue with unauthorized charges. We are a subscription based company but we will always deliver on a full month of service paid. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to uphold, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and distress this has caused you. We take your comments seriously and are committed to addressing this matter immediately. To ensure we resolve these issues thoroughly and to your satisfaction, I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly. Could you please contact me at [email protected]? We want to review the details of your account, rectify any errors in billing, and make sure that your experience is properly addressed.
