Thank you for sharing your feedback, Daniele. We'd like to provide full context for anyone reading this!!! We worked with Daniele across three separate orders over several months. Every batch was delivered in full with all placements live. Throughout the collaboration, we accommodated dozens of change requests => editing existing work, adjusting formats, and spending hours explaining our process across multiple conversations. Here's what actually happened on the final order: Daniele told us the delivered work was wrong and wanted changes. We offered to edit the existing placements. He said no, don't edit them but create entirely new ones instead. We said okay, if we create new ones we'll remove the old ones. He then said actually don't remove them either, they're fine but still wanted a full new batch on top for free. So to summarize: the existing work was simultaneously "not ok" but also "good enough to keep" and on top of that, he wanted an entirely new campaign delivered at no cost. When we explained that this isn't how it works, he demanded a refund. We processed the full refund within minutes. Not hours, not days but minutes. And we still continued delivering his remaining active order as promised. His response to receiving an immediate refund plus continued delivery of remaining work was to call us "rude," "crazy," and "without common sense," call our phone repeatedly, and then leave this review. We are a serious agency working with 130+ brands and agencies worldwide. We handle hundreds of orders every month and maintain long-term relationships with the vast majority of our clients. Sometimes a client's expectations simply don't match the service and when that happens, the professional thing to do is part ways respectfully. That's exactly what we did.
