From the first interaction with Web Design Sigma. Ethan was wonderful in explaining the process to me. Once I gave the go ahead to the project it was all systems go. My project manager David Crawford and his team were able to take my idea and very rough logo design, with my multiple revisions and turn it into a work of art! I am very pleased with every aspect of this company from their customer service to the creative product that they put out. The website designer and technical support guys were terrific. They did beautiful work with my website. They were kind and patient. They listened to all my requests. They tried to work with me in every way since I had zero clue of what I was doing, and they guided me through the whole process; I highly recommend their service. It’s affordable, and they have a lot of knowledge of what they’re doing. They’re very friendly. The website manager, zach miller, is very involved with making sure things get done correctly the first time, pretty much every time, which makes things very easy for the website owners. You can give him a list of twenty changes you would like to see, and they will be done just like that with very little explanation needed! Great Experience overall!
