I am super pleased with Webdesign Sigma. They addressed all my requests in a very professional manner. They listen to their clients' needs with patience and address them to the best of their ability. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin and I found him very calm, diligent and supportive. I am very impressed with the webpage and the overall experience was great. I highly, highly recommend this company to everyone.

This company is a complete scam. They have a sales person up front. You pay $250 for a website and a lot of promises for socials, etc. You are then passed on to "designers". They slowly over.the course of weeks design a very rough and simple template for you along with a few friendly emails. Then they immediately talk about the costs needed for domain name and server. This while the website is about 25% finished and in its infancy. I told them "let's get the website perfect first". The next day all traces of emails, etc were gone from my inbox. Totally ghosted. Total scam. Do not get suckered.

Hello Cameron, We hope you are having a good day. As per our records, you approved the initial website design, and all requested changes were completed before the website proceeded to the full development stage. Regarding the domain name and server/hosting costs, these were not included in the initial package you purchased. We also provided you with the option to request the complete website files so that you could host the website on your own server at a later time. With respect to your email accounts, we were never provided with access or credentials to your email service. Therefore, we technically do not have the ability to access, modify, or delete your email inbox or its contents. We hope this clarifies the situation. Please let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything specific you would like us to clarify further. I paid 6,950 for web design services for my frisky paw project. they respond but constantly provide false information regarding deadlines and integration. This caused significant delays to launch of my online business. Due to this ongoing issues. I would advise potential clients to proceed with extreme caution before working with them. Or avoid choosing the company. They will waste your time and try to keep your money . I was forced to file a formal complaint. With the new york department of state ' division of consumer protection.'

We had a great experience working with Sigma Web Design on our company websites, overseasgeneralcorp.com and overseasglobalegypt.com. Their team demonstrated professionalism, strong technical expertise, and a clear understanding of our business requirements. Both websites were delivered with high quality, and the overall process was smooth and well-managed. Based on this positive experience, our group of companies is planning to establish a third website with Sigma Web Design, as we truly value their work and trust their capabilities. We highly recommend Sigma Web Design for any business looking for reliable and professional web development services.
