Highlight of my experience with Web Design Harbour was customer service provided by Jason Parker. He is a great listener, quick to respond to my requests, and very patient! The company was masterful in turning my vision into reality. They also have a very qualified web design team for animated explanatory videos.

I came across Web Design Harbour through a Google search. I had no idea about the company and its employees. But my experience was better than great! Their team of representatives worked with me to take a vision of what I wanted and actually created a web design that completely met my vision of the site. The idea that these folks could replicate my vision, only based on words is incredible. The team I worked with at Web Design was great. Frank, Jimmy & Jayson listened to my thoughts and created a product from whole cloth. Any issues were resolved quickly, with perspective that my business was important to their firm. Further, there were some additional updates to the site that were not part of the original design. These changes were handled quickly and without any issues.
