awesome working

Unfortunately my website got compromised in the shift to a new server due to malware issues. Giving Webcreation (that I had a pleasant experience for 5 years until this incident) the benefit of the doubt , I think they were overwhelmed and could not restore my website. My account manager and all others who I had interacted with over the years disappeared from the scene. Helpless, I called customer support. My luck I found Leizel. She was empathetic, understanding and had a genuine desire to help. Above all, she thought of how to actually make it happen by working with developers to locate the old files and then restored my website to just how it was before the incident. Leizel saved the day for Webcreation and I think employees like her need to be recognized especially in a crisis moment. Webcreation you owe it to her! Leizel, thank you and keep up the good work!

Our Website was down for two days and passwords were changed for the Admin log into WordPress. The communication was slow from WebCreationUS as to fixing the Website and providing new passwords. Eventually the problems were fixed and we received new passwords. If the communication were better the rating would be higher.
