Made a mistake in put two of the same items in my order cart. I received the order and requsted a return for one of the items. I got the return okayed by Weather Tech for my refund of $198.00 for the second item. The catch was it cost me $158.00 to send the item back to Weather Tech. This is the first time I have ever had to eat the cost of a online order return shipping. I will never buy another Weather Tech item for my vehicles.

I purchased Weather Tec floormats and a sunscreen for my 2026 KIa Sportage. The floormats fit perfectly; the sunscreen is another story. In a word, this very expensive POS does not fit. The cutout around the mirror is too large and it does not cover the corners of the windshield. Customer service may as well not exist. I gave up and reverted to my $!0 generic sunscreen. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SKIP THIS PRODUCT!

What a joke. Full shipping both ways even though it was their mistake.

I purchased side window deflectors for my 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy for front and rear windows. The front deflectors fit well and have stayed in place, but the rear deflectors continually drop out when the windos are down or when going through a car wash(touch-less, no less). Weathertech customer service said that this happens. Often. They also promised to send new 3M two sided tape out to me, but never did send it. It has been two months. I will not be back in the future.

I have had an awful experience. These mats cost me over $500, when I wrote to complain they were retaining moisture under every mat- they simply blamed it on my car having a blocked AC. I recommend not wasting your money. They are not great quality and take no accountability.

As a bodyman, I am always looking at things that can make the car last longer and look better. Been in this business since 1968 and have learned a lot on what works and what does not. Unfortunately, I believed the ads for this product and highly recommended them. Until I purchased a set of floor mats for my spouse's new car. I will admit, I did not do my homework, just to busy, but my fault. Sorry folks, these are junk, plain and simple. The all weather factory mats are far more superior and were free. These are comparable to something you might buy at a dollar store. When I tried to contact them, nothing. Now I have a bumper sticker that states weathertech are garbage.
