Poor fitting
I have had Weathertech mats before with no issues. I have a 2023 Acadia and the passenger side mat is a horrible fit. It is so tight it buckles out about 1.5”. Unacceptable. The customer service was good, I returned them.

I installed a bug deflector on my cx5. Part of the install is to prep the surface with cleaner provided with the product. I used the cleaner and it turned my black car blue! I can’t wash it off. It is ruined! Beware of horrible product!

The mats are pressed plastic and do not fit my Ford Ranger well, let alone laser precise. For the high cost of these, I was expecting a rubber like product that would lay on the floor properly, these have no grip on the surface contacting the carpet and slide around. Unfortunately, they are a cheap plastic product and not anywhere near worth the high cost.

Ordered a cargo liner from Weathertech and it was never delivered despite UPS tracking indicating it was delivered. UPS either lost or delivered to the wrong address. I purchased optional shipping insurance from Weathertech as well. I contacted Weathertech customer service and was advised I need to wait for an investigation by UPS. They refused to issue credit while that investigation was ongoing, even with the optional insurance which is hindsight was useless. I have no product and they have my money. That is wrong. I understand that shippers can make mistakes, but they chose UPS as the shipper and the customer should get an immediate credit if the product is lost or misdelivered by the shipper. If Weathertech wants to file a claim with UPS, that's on them. The customer should not bear the burden.

If you would like new car mats that have scratches and scars, and a negative customer service response when you call to inform them, then purchase your car mats from WeatherTech. Terrible customer service! Disappointed in the product that I received.

Just tried to install headlight protectors from Weathertech for my 2005 Toyota Camry. Absolute terrible product. Headlight is a double convex unit. Absolutely no way even with their spray products to get them to adhere smoothly without bubbles or wrinkles. Wasted almost $100 on their product. Don’t purchase their product unless you have flat non radius headlights. Probably won’t order anything else this company makes unless Jesus can install it.

I ordered a belt for my husband about a month ago. Looked like a good, sturdy belt. He wore it about a week and the buckle broke on it. Contacted customer support and they sent us a replacement belt free of charge. Second belt didn't even last him a week. $70-$80 bucks down the drain. Would never order another belt from this place again. Poorly made!

The HP Floor Liners for a BMW M3 manual are dangerous and interfere with clutch function. There was no remedy from the company except a return. Disappointed in both the product and customer service.
