I ordered floor liners and an under seat storage bin for my Ram 1500. I was bummed when I realized they didn't fit together like I expected. I contacted WeatherTech and got the best customer service from Sarah (literally just hopped off the phone)! She was able to explain what I ordered (absolutely my error but she was not at all accusatory, when she read the details I knew I messed up). She helped me get a return started and the correct item ordered so things fit together properly. I have worked in customer service myself for years and have to say the service she provided can be a rarity these days. Very friendly, bubbly and super helpful. Thank you, Sarah!

If I could give them a 0, I would. Their product didn’t fit so I sent it back and paid for the shipping. They refunded me at the end of one month and the beginning of the next and I didn’t notice it. Now, months later, they billed me for their mistake. Their CEO is a fascist multibillionaire. I should have known better than to order from them in the first place.

This will definitely be my final purchase from WeatherTech, a brand I have previously trusted. When I decided to order mats and a tailgate mat from their website, I admittedly took the easy route without shopping around, resulting in a significant cost of $647. While that was my oversight, what I cannot overlook is the frustrating delay in delivery. Living only four hours away from their warehouse in Canada, I expected a prompt delivery. However, after four business days (six with the weekend), my order is still stuck in the processing stage. Seeking clarification on the delay, I was met with a disappointing response stating that it could take up to 10 working days before they even ship my items, followed by an additional 10 business days for delivery. A full month from payment to receipt is simply unacceptable. Comparatively, ordering from China would have ensured a much faster delivery, with a two-week timeframe. This lack of urgency and poor customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied and convinced that I will never order from WeatherTech again.

This poor little fledgling company cannot make mats for my highly rare vehicle which happens to be a Ford F-150.. So I emailed the company and yeah they don't make them They make the I'm close to fit Matt and then you have to cut me to fit your vehicle... . So yeah I'm not impressed... I do not recommend and I would never purchase from them I found exact fit mats on other places and we're cheaper anyway

I ordered some of their overpriced rain guards with expensive shipping a week ago, and they still have not been shipped. They were supposed to be for my father's birthday, which was today. I emailed customer service 3 days after the sale to see why they were not shipping my package and they made excuses and lied to me. No accountability. No apology. No customer service. I have now done the research that I should have done before the sale and now see that this is normal business with this company, which is unacceptable. I should have ordered from one of their competitors on Amazon for cheaper rain guards with free shipping, that would have arrived in 2 days from point of sale. My father will be driving home tomorrow so I will have to pay to mail them to him when they eventually get here. I will never do business with them again, and I'm considering contacting my credit card company to charge back the purchase.

I ordered the truck cover I was told it would be here on Friday it's now Saturday have not received it they are now telling me that it won't be ready for two second week of February so I am canceling it

Over priced garbage that did not fit, They charged me $25 to return. Beware.

I purchased a weathertech hood guard 1year ago, installed it according to the instructions, and when driving in clear weather, only head wind, 4 hours away from home to the Oregon Coast, it broke off on the highway and hit my windshield.
