I have bought many products from WT before. Yes, over priced but the quality has been good. However, just installed mud flaps for my 2023 Subaru. The back wheels are poorly designed. However, I do think I rec'd a returned product as the box appeared not to be in the best shape. Lastly, hardware was missing. I had the washers needed to complete the install. A little disappointed.

I bought Hyundai Tucson All-Weather Floor Mats in December. The driver and rear mats were fine, the front passenger does not fit. It leaves a full inch on the left uncovered, and the alignment to the secure clips on the vehicle is totally misaligned. I sent this concern to Weathertech looking for a new fitted front passenger mat. They responded immediately asking if the mats were ordered for my make and model. I responded yes - then crickets - nothing, no response, no follow-up, no answering any additional emails - just nothing. Frankly, either they flat out lie about the custom fitting to your cars make and model, or they have a severe quality assurance process. Either way, their customer service is non-existent

FALSE ADVERTISING !!!!!. THE WEATHER TECH COMMERCIALS ON TV SAYS NO MATTER WHAT YEAR UR VEHICLE IS WE GOT U COVERED. TOTALLY NOT TRUE !!!!! I HAVE A 1999 FORD TAURUS WEATHER TECH DOES NOT HAVE ANY PRODUCT AVAILABLE. Y ARE THEY SAYING THIS IF NOT TRUE ????? CHANGE UR COMMERCIALS !!!! FACT, 68 MILLION VEHICLES THE YEAR 2000 AND LESS ARE STILL ON THE ROAD IN THE U.S.

Exact fit, no drill mud flaps. 2017 GMC Sierra Even furnished the torx bit thats needed. 10 minute installation in below freezing temps. VERY SATISFIED!

"WARNING: Part #120125 Does NOT Fit 2025 Denali Ultimate Rear." They refuse to acknowledge and won't even check themselves. They asked for a picture which i refused as I don't work for them. I got a refund, even the gmc dealer said the catalog says they do not fit the 2025 yukon xl denali ultimate. Weathertech insists they do.

They’re return policy is non existent. Customer service is rude. Go with any other company instead. So many new competitors with better pricing and quality like tuxmat.

Bought the CargoTech to hold cargo in place in my Hyundai small SUV. I have the WeatherTech liner in the cargo area. The CargoTech does not work AT ALL. Sending back for a refund.
