Do not order from Numi. They charged me, but my order never shipped. I was ignored by customer service despite emailing several times. It has been 6 weeks and I was just offered to select a different product because what I ordered is now out of stock. I have already requested a refund via email multiple times. Completely unacceptable customer service. Buyer beware.

Fraudulent company. They never shipped my order. Did not respond to any emails requesting an update on shipment. When I emailed advising I wanted a refund and that I thought they were a fraudulent company I still got no response.

Numi shows Canadian currency the whole time, and then AFTER you pay, you see they charge you in American dollars, thus bringing the total much much higher. I’ve tried to contact this company for weeks (initially immediately after the order was processed incorrectly!) and they never get back to me. Today they tried to refund me 11$, what a joke. Canadian company ripping off other Canadians, trust me the last thing you want is anything from these scammers. Started the chargeback process today, stay far far away from them!

I bought three undershirts, in different colors. They all work great! They are very moisture wicking and keep me feeling dry. Extremely lightweight and breathable so they're not adding heat by wearing them. My only flaw is that they're very tight! I know they're meant to be snug but I definitely need to size up if I buy again.
