Great item for the money slow postage

Absolutely appalling DO NOT buy off this company placed an order to cheer my wife up who was going through a tough time no email to say order was processed or any tracking order number. Tried multiple fayes online to see if I could get to right one but no reply. In the end had to contact my bank as weeks went passed and no item they gave me a refund while investigating and then out of the blue a week later I had 3 different emails saying tickets had been raised and another one saying as they couldn’t find any correspondence that they encourage customer to contact them first but how can you when you don’t get any emails with details on. The package finally came and the necklace is as in bits 3 different bits to be precise and just stuck into a Jiffy bag no order receipt with it absolutely shocking how are these in buisness

Nice product, but as it came fron China delivery was around two weeks, which missed Christmas. Also clasp opens outward which means the charm can cone off fairly easily.

Still have not got product that should have been here by Xmas. Emailed about it and all they said was that order was processed but could not see anything for shipping and got them that was their resolution Pretty sure it’s a SCAM
