Love the bracelet it looks stylish and ive worn it for nearly 4 weeks now. My hands havent been curled up in pain every morning and after my last steroid injection the doctor hit a nerve in my left thumb. This was giving me added pain. Overall happy so far.

From start to finish the process was so smooth and easy, I forgot to add personalised to my order so emailed them and they amended my order straight away, I was constantly kept up to date with shipping and delivery times, would highly recommend to anyone who wants a perfect personalised gift.

Although it took a while to arrive and a couple of chasing emails the bracelets were very nice. However the bracelets were huge and bigger than the size it states. Contacted customer services and explained the situation along with photos - Shay went out of her way to rectify the issue - she sent another set out which were perfect. Told me to keep the other set which I can wear as a matching anklet.

Excellent service, wasn't too long after the order I received the bracelet, have noticed a change since wearing the bracelet due to health reasons and not being on edge all the time
