They say dispatched with two days and delivery with ten days Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced talk about snail mail This company makes snail mail look like an express delivery service I certainly wouldn’t be ordering anything else from this company again I will comment on the necklace if I ever receive it that is

Do not order, I ordered something on the 4th of February and waited until the 22nd and still had no update, then they told me after hounding them on emails that I was only legible to get a 10% refund, absolutely ridiculous

one month since order. nothing received. promised within 10 days Evri has not recieved order very poor service. paid over £80 for this to celebrate my wifes birthday 2 weeks ago.
