Great product and service

The shirt took way too long to arrive? It said company was based in Boulder, CO, yet the shirt was shipped from Yanwen China. Had I known that I would not have purchased it. We no longer needed it by the time it arrived. They would not let me return it. The quality is very cheap looking and feeling. There are no real patches, just a design that looks like a patch. Shirt feels real thin and cheap. For $50 it should be much better.

I bought my daughter a sweatshirt that looked more like a thin shirt with a hood. It was $60. It is suppose to be a med. It looks like an XXXsmal. Does not fit my daughter. I sent two clear pictures of the shirt. And sent it back. They said my pictures are not good enough. They want more pictures with a ruler or tape measure. They keep emailing me to send clear pictures. I keep telling them I already sent the short back. So I have no shirt and lost $60 horrible company

It took a while to receive, but the wait was well l worth it! The hoodie is amazing. A quality product that met all expectations. I will buy again from this company in the future

It took a while but after consistently asking for status both the agents at the support desk Amanda and Andy always were professional with responses… at times I was a little stern as too when it will arrive, THEY assured me it was being handled in progress and it would arrive as soon as possible. Have to report the site is real The product is very product ordered was just what expected. Presented to my husband who’s and avid golfer ( go TIGER) right!!!! Smiling! STAY AWAY!! They have a 5 to 7 business day production time and then a 5 to 7 business day delivery time. This long lead time is not specified until after you place your order. For me, It resulted in my not being able to use the product I ordered, because I will be out of the country by the delivery date. I emailed them immediately upon learning of the long lead time (their listed phone number is disconnected) to request expedited shipping or cancellation and the refused my request.

This company sells pirated trademarked merchandise. They used the Graceland logo on cheap terrible shirts and charged nearly twice as much. When I got it a month later, it's a complete terrible knock-off. Graceland should sue them.
