Bought a Benson Boone concert sweatshirt. On their Internet it looks exactly like the one that you could buy at Benson Boone, but after ordering it, it came in really BADDDDDD quality. The sweatshirt material was a printed on made to look like a sweatshirt. It wasn’t even real sweatshirt material or the actual one they show on their website. If I could give it a negative star rating, I would! Beware consumers do not buy you will be very disappointed! Customer Service does not even want to try to work with you. This company is a waste of money!

Wearanddecor offers many different items for purchase. Located in Colorado, I was glad to be able to do business with a American company. Then I received my order. I found a nice Denver Bronco desk top display that I wanted. It looked like a snow globe, without the globe. It was a raised, round base with three or four figurines of Broncos quarterbacks. What I received was a flat acrylic cutout with a picture of the quarterbacks pasted on one side. Their customer service declined to provide a refund because they said it was custom made, even though what they sent to me was not at all what was displayed on the website. It is very hard to search for items on their site, but from what I found just now, that item is no longer available. Their selling practices are very deceiving, and their customer service could care less if the customer is happy or satisfied with their order. Their return policy is... no returns. I highly recommend not ordering from this company unless you have money to waste, and you do expect to get exactly what you ordered.

Terrible quality clearly not pm

I ordered 2 Alabama shirts. One for myself and one for my son. The shirt advertised was not what we got in the mail. Their website says if you're not completely satisfied to let them know within 7 days. I emailed them immediately to let them know this shirt looks nothing like what I saw online. They said we see that your order was delivered and that you can still make use of it! This is a Veteran owned business? They should be ashamed of their ethics and customer service. I would have never spent close to $80 for these shirts if I knew they looked like the shirts I received. Thats false advertisement. Horrible business.

These folks are total bait and switch artists. I ordered a shirt from them and what they sent bore absolutely no resemblance to the photograph in the offer. Additionally, they sent the wrong size - I ordered a small, they sent a large. When I contacted customer service on the matter, they put me through at least a dozen emails, asking for pictures, and asking for me to retake the pictures, etc. etc. Then they sent an email saying the product was exactly as advertised (which is wasn't), so they were not going to give me a refund, completely ignoring the fact that they sent the wrong size! Now I'm angry about the whole thing, and still arguing about the size discrepancy. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. You'll think you're getting a cute T-shirt, but actually you'll receive a mis-sized piece of crap.

I really hope people quit buying from this place and they go out of business because they are nothing but fraudulent!!! The bottom of their website states "WEARANDDECOR is a Family Owned Business | Veteran Owned Business" but this is FAR FROM THE TRUTH! I have to say this is the worst, misleading, and deceiving company I have EVER dealt with online and I do A LOT of online shopping. I ordered 5 jersey shirts; 3 for me and 2 for my husband. Their website also says their products are all "Made in the USA" and their main office is in Boulder, Colorado. Well they NEVER answer their "Boulder office" phone number. That was red flag #1. During one of my online correspondence with a representative, they said that their warehouse is located in Texas. That made me believe shipping would be quick since I live in Colorado, but shipping was about 3 weeks long!! That was red flag #2. The jersey shirts arrived and looked NOTHING like the photos online!! They were cheaply made, faded print material and the sticker tags on the bags appeared to be in Chinese writing. I'm pretty sure it was all made in China. Even $4.99 Temu blouses are better quality than this company! I tried to get a refund and return all of these shirts, explaining that they are horrible quality and look nothing like their advertised photos, but I got the run around, they avoided to address my complaint, and each of my emails was not responded to for 1 to 2 weeks. After I kept complaining, they said I need to send them pictures of the shirts with a ruler next to it , showing the measurements of the shirts in order to prove that they are not what I ordered (because also one was extremely large on me like a XL even though I ordered a "Small"). As requested, I sent them ALL the photos with the measurements and all they offered to do was an exchange on that one shirt and a small discount on my next purchase. I told them that is unacceptable and I declined their offer. I pushed the issue for 2 to 3 months, each time asking for the issue to be escalated and to speak with a supervisor. Eventually they said the most they will do is give me a refund of $54.59, while the cost of my original order was $181.95! I ended up giving in and telling them, fine I'll take the refund. Because I was worn down mentally and already so angry about being deceived by this company and charged so much money for Chinese made shirts that are worse than Temu quality. I do have to say It is my fault for not reading all of the reviews before trusting this horrible online company. Now I read up on EVERY company I buy from online!!

The wreath was not what I expected. It was cheap. I paid good money for this. It was made of wood. You can’t even see the decor on wood, it’s so dark. I thought it was an actual wreath with all the decor on it. I will never order from your company again. What a disappointment & frustration. I feel like I got ripped off.

Shit quality print. Super disappointing.
