They took my money and never sent my purchase yet and all I order was a hat that’s crazy.

Great products. I ordered 3 baseball jerseys and 1 baseball hoodie. I received the 3 jerseys yesterday and the hoodie today. I order a lot of stuff on line and this was one of the best experiences ordering jerseys. The quality was very good with very good prices. The shipping took 2-3 weeks I believe. The other companies had similar quality and great prices but they took a little longer to receive the orders. I will. order from Wear and Decor again!

We purchased six items. Three hoodies, two sweatshirts and one Tshirt. Our mistake was not reading the description of the items purchased. We are extremely disappointed. We are Dodger Fans as well as Hello Kitty fans and both deserve HIGH quality material which was shown on the website. However when we received our items, the materials used are the CHEAPEST PLASTICS we have ever seen. We feel we are the victims of the old rule “Hook, Line and Stinker (sinker)”, “Bait and Switch “, “Looks can be deceiving” and definitely “Buyer Beware!”. Please think twice before buying any of their merchandise because they will NOT give you a full refund only a lousy 10%. Remember …. BUYERS BEWARE and READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED!!!! It’s a shame many businesses are not honest because they would do much better if they were. I would have selected 0 stars but you have to select something so I selected 1. They should be grateful they got that.

Where is the negative star option? Came across the company when trying to buy a customized hoody. Regret that I didn’t check any reviews before placing my order. The overall experience is HORRIBLE. after placing the order and charged with the amount paid, no confirmation emails or nothing for a week. They had a customer service number, but it was no longer in service when called (big red flag). After emailing the customer service email, got response a couple of days later saying yes, we got your order and in production. Emailed a couple weeks later since there is no updates after, got response saying your order was produced but there was some “issues” they need to fix. Another two weeks passed, got almost the same response with a tracking number which stayed at “label created” stage forever. So more than 6 weeks passed, still nothing. So don’t even think about spending my your money there, it will be wasted because it’s a fraud.

I ordered a tshirt 3 weeks ago for a concert im going to this coming weekend, paid over $40 for it and still haven't received it. I messaged them today and they said to have patience its still in the inspection stage before shipping. No! I want money back. Ill prob never see it though. Dont order from them!

Never shipped product, and I would guess when and if it comes it will be cheaply made and a very small size.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I purchased the Project Hail Mary hoodie that Ryan Gosling wore in the movie. Wear and Decor used photos directly from the movie on its product listing. However, the product I received failed to match the photos/listing. Instead of having 5 stripes with the colors shown in the movie photo, the product I received had 6 stripes with different colors. Also, the size was inaccurate - I ordered a Large, and what I received was too big, more like an XL. Instead of refunding my money, Wear and Décor insisted the colors were acceptable, and even had the audacity to send me a fake Sizing Guide where a Large has a 48 inch chest, which was different from the Sizing Guide on their own website showing 42-44 inch chest. EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!
