Hey Bongani, With your <1mb internet speed in South Africa, the mobile app is definitely the best version for you, in our opinion, compared to the web browser version you were trying previously, which is not designed for low-bandwidth environments. It’s great to hear that you've consistently had positive experiences with our customer support team and that you've found Dr. Keith Wade's indicators and educational presentations valuable. We also appreciate your feedback regarding pop-out charts and multi-monitor support. The good news is that pop-out charts are on our development roadmap and are a feature we're actively planning for a future update. In fact, we’ve already completed the DOM pop-out feature. If you go to your DOM for trading, you'll notice that you can pop that out. Give it a try if you haven’t already. We released the DOM feature first since it was one of the most requested enhancements from our trading community. As you know, we take member feedback seriously and continuously enhance WealthCharts based on the needs and suggestions of our trading community. In fact, we've recently introduced more than a dozen new features and improvements as part of our ongoing commitment to delivering the best possible trading experience. In the meantime, one workaround is to open additional instances of WealthCharts and position them across multiple monitors, allowing you to dedicate different workspaces and charts to separate screens.
