For the past three years, I have been paying and wasting money on consultations, lab testing, and pharmacy expenses. Three doctors have been changed during this period, and yesterday, a new doctor told me that I have not been treated correctly. My testosterone optimization treatment has not been optimized, and what was done previously was not right. I complained and said I followed the doctors' instructions, but the feedback was that it is the previous doctors' fault. I should start spending more money and begin new blood testing. This is absolutely an unprofessional!

The team is very dishonest
The team is very dishonest. They seemed like pathological liars really. Their lies were irrational and blatant, like drug addicts.

Ways2Well Review
Ways2Well Review: A Disappointing and Frustrating Experience
I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with Ways2Well and would never recommend this company to anyone. It is shocking how poorly they operate, and I can only assume that they either pay influencers for positive reviews or treat them differently from regular customers.
Having used other companies such as 10X Health, CPI Stem Cells, and Transcend Labs, I have never encountered such unprofessional service, lack of expertise, and overall inefficiency—especially considering the high cost.
Scheduling and Repetitive Questionnaires
After completing my lab work at a local collection facility (which was the only smooth part of the process), I attempted to schedule my consultation. This was an absolute nightmare. Their providers are booked nearly a month out, and the system forces you to repeatedly fill out the same questionnaire before confirming an appointment. If it isn’t completed, the system won’t let you move forward—creating a frustrating cycle of redundant paperwork.
Unqualified Practitioners and Lack of Expertise
When I finally had my consultation, it became immediately clear that Ways2Well does not have knowledgeable practitioners in peptides, stem cells, biohacking, or alternative medicine—despite their marketing claims. The consultants do not work directly for the company and seem to be regular nurses with no specialized training in functional medicine or supplementation. Their recommendations were outdated, incorrect, and not aligned with modern biohacking practices.
Ineffective Supplementation and Poor Continuity of Care
Following their recommended supplementation (which they source through Fullscript), I took their prescribed regimen for 90 days before doing follow-up lab work. My next consultation was even worse—the new provider had no record of my previous labs, no knowledge of the supplements the last practitioner had prescribed, and asked me if I had noticed any changes myself.
How am I, the patient, supposed to analyze my own lab results? When I asked about my high ferritin and low iron levels, the practitioner literally told me to Google it. That is completely unacceptable. They clearly do not have trained professionals who understand lab markers, functional medicine, or proper health optimization.
Testosterone Therapy Issues
I inquired about Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), which they were quick to prescribe. However, they only offer rapeseed oil suspension and refuse to provide alternatives like MCT or olive oil-based options. This is highly concerning, as most reputable TRT providers allow for healthier carrier oil choices.
When I asked for clarification on testosterone levels, free testosterone-to-estradiol ratios, and the potential impact of high cortisol on aromatization, the practitioner was unable to provide even basic answers. Given the well-documented link between cortisol, aromatase activity, and hormonal balance, their lack of knowledge in hormone optimization was both surprising and concerning.
Comparisons to Other Companies
I also use 10X Health, CPI Stem Cells, and Transcend Labs, all of which have outstanding customer service, knowledgeable providers, and strong support teams. Unlike Ways2Well, these companies offer real expertise in biohacking, regenerative medicine, and performance optimization.
Final Thoughts: A Company That Overpromises and Underdelivers
I have no idea how Ways2Well maintains a client base other than through aggressive online marketing. They do not provide innovative, progressive, or science-based health solutions and seemingly cannot find competent practitioners to handle patient consultations properly.
If you’re considering using Ways2Well, save your money and go with a company that actually understands health optimization. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a wellness provider.

Provide a full life cycle of service to your customers!
At first I was so excited at the idea of seeing this information and getting the service of ways to well.
Everything was smooth until after I did the blood work then it seemed that there was a issue with the app that took several complaints to the AI bot. Complete waste of time, then I started communicating with a woman named Lexi on the app.
She claims she wanted to help she has since gone dark. So to update I have my full panel in report but I cannot schedule on their charm app my appointment that is the next critical step. So if it all ends here I paid $600 for blood work in a report that I can't truly interpret because I'm not a human biologist nor am I an MD. On the other end I've got a company who is not upholding their promise has not been available to help me with these issues and I would not recommend this business.
When I was considering committing I was also looking at Gary brecka's company 10x health.
In retrospect I think that would have been a better move for me.

BS/Hype
went for an eeg and have asked for documentation for the visit which they have not given me. This has been going on over a month with no results. I would not recommend this place to anyone. maybe the hype with Joe Rogans podcast got to me but once there you will see for yourself. find another alternative.

A Scam. Don't waste your money or time
I signed up for the comprehensive blood panel as a new patient in Nov. 2024 for $499. Filled out the online questioner, scheduled my labs through the link they provided, printed my lab order, turned in at the lab and labs were drawn. 45 min consultation followed less than a week later. It was a video chat, I recorded it for future reference. I was not too impressed with the meeting. It was a few minutes late plus she though I just had a baby (he's 3.5 now) and that I was still nursing. That threw her off right off the bat, gave me the impression she was unorganized and did not take the time to review my information. Plus he providers cat keep jumping around throughout the video and she seemed very scripted. If I threw her off with a question, it was quickly redirected. After the 45 min timer, she stated she would put all of this info into a nice package for me and send via email. My "tailored, personal" plan was more of a generic plan off of a template because I noted multiple discrepancies in my report- copy & paste. Nevertheless, I told myself it was better than nothing and followed the guidelines to the best of my ability.
3 months later- I received followup reminders via text, email and phone. These reminders read: "It's time to schedule your follow-up labs with Ways2Well. Send us a message in the Charm Portal and choose your provider. Once our labs are in, we will contact you with your results are in."
So, I proceeded with scheduling labs by logging into the portal, went to messages. Followed up with the schedule labs message and clicked on the link to book at LabCorp. Carefully picked a suitable date/time and printed the lab order to take with me. A few days later Ways 2 Well contacted me stating I gave the labs the wrong form and In order for them to release the results to us, you will need to pay the $499 Comprehensive Follow Up Lab Review. I called W2W last Friday, 2/7, and spoke with a customer service rep concerning the mix up. Unfortunately, the kind young lady was unable to further assist me due to closing time and managerial support. That following Monday, I did not receive a followup phone call therefore, I sent an email that next day. The employee I was on a email thread with was adamant I enter my credit card information in the system and charge me $499 for further assistance and to release my labs. He was not helpful and only wanted me to pay money until I mentioned Joe Rogan recommended- then said he'd give 15%discount for the confusion but then to leave my cc info to pay $499. Confusing to say the least. I asked if this was normal procedure to charge $499 for followups every 3 to 6 months. I received conflicting information on this but bottom line possibly $300. In my opinion, this program is not sustainable and leaves the customer "hanging" unless they open their pocketbooks. In my situation, I started supplements and dietary adjustments but now, I have no idea if I should keep on these supplements or what? The only way to know is pay ANOTHER $499. I was not financially prepared to spend $1k within 4 months on comprehensive bloodwork.
Unfortunately, I had to delete my Charm account and say goodbye... with a cabinet full of supplements I have not idea what to do with and my bloodwork sitting on someones desk (It's a 2 hour endeavor plus toting my toddler with me to a Labcorp). Time and my blood I'll never get back.

Don't start hemorrhaging money…
I heard Brigham Buhler on Tucker Carlson and felt compelled to write a review regarding my experience with ways 2 well. Brigham Buhler is just as bad as the pharmaceutical companies he's trying to put down. I spent either $400 or $500 on a genetic methylation test after hearing Brigham speak on Joe Rogan's podcast, very interested in what he has to say and the benefits the results could provide. The test came along with a 45 minute private virtual consultation with a physician. What I actually got was about 7 minutes with a salesman in a white coat. I was told that without a $600 comprehensive blood panel that the results from my genetic methylation test are pretty much worthless. Nowhere along the way were there any indications I would need to purchase both. Brigham was speaking on Tucker Carlson about how for $300 or so you can get a test that will change your life but it's a load of shit. He's a salesman practicing the same level of dishonesty he's trying to vilify.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I PAID THE $546 FOR THE TOP PROGRAM, COMPREHENSIVE BLOOD WORK WHICH THEY DID PLUS 45 MINUTE CONSULT. THEY GO OVER THE BLOOD WORK WITH YOU THEN TRY TO SELL YOU MORE SERVICES., THEY TRIED TO PUSH A $3,000 CANCER SCREENING BLOODTEST ON ME, BECAUSE MY PSA (PROSTATE SPECIFIC ANTIGEN) TEST WAS A BIT ON THE HIGH SIDE WHEREAS A MONTH AGO IT WAS LOWER. THIS MEASUREMENT IS TIME DEPENDENT LIKE TAKING A PICTURE THAT FREEZES WHAT YOU SEE. THIS NUMBER AND MANY OTHERS ON THE TEST CAN VARY FROM DAY TO DAY. I HAD MY PROSTATE CHECKED, WITH A UROLOGIST NOT A MONTH EARLIER AN NO PROBLEMS
THEN, IF YOU WANT ANOTHER TEST DUE TO A BLOOD FACTOR IRREGULARITY YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE TEST(S) PLUS ANOTHER $75 FOR THE CONSULT,.
THE STAFF OF NURSES ARE SUPERB AND THEY KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE COMPANY BUT THEY CANNOT SAY ANYTHING, PROBABLY FOR FEAR OF JOB LOSS. HEARD THE FOUNDER ON INFOWARS AND HE HYPED IT UP AS THE BLOOD WORK NO DOCTOR EVER ORDERS AND INSURANCE COMPANIES THREATEN DOCTORS WHO TRY TO USE IT.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SOAK YOU FOR MORE AND MORE MONEY. YOU WERE WARNED. I AM ALSO NOT LISTING THE DATE OF EXPERIENCE SO THEY ARE NOT AS LIKELY TO IDENTIFY ME AND CLAIM DEFAMATION. THIS IS ALL MY OPINION BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE AND I AM A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
