My son heard a lot about this company and process. So he purchased as Christmas gift for me and intended to do one as well. I have left SIX messages thru "Nova" (AI?) since 12/26 as well as chatted with AI "Allen.
Have NOT received one call back.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

False advertising on website
Not happy the website I thought showed bpc-157 for 99.00. Gave my credit card. Soon found out that was only for a consult, which was a joke with a very disinterested doctor. Then found out there bpc-157 was 300 for a 15 day supply. That’s 3 times as much as other USA compounding pharmacy’s. I was told customer service would call me but they never did. Shocker.

I had on line meeting with PA
I had on line meeting with PA. He ordered BPC-157 AND TB-500 for me at their compound pharmacy. I was not aware it would come as a blend, as blends don't work. I tried it for 3 days and had dizziness and nausea, so I stopped and symptoms went away. I text 2ways 2 well to see in they could separate the two compounds. They said no the prescription had already been written. I spent $700.00 dollars no usable product. Don't do business with these people they will screw you over. All they want is your money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your prescription and the symptoms you experienced. That’s never the experience we want for our patients.
While some peptide compounds are commonly prescribed as blends, we apologize if this was not clearly understood during your visit. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Gosh I wanted to LOVE this company
Gosh I wanted to LOVE this company! Concept is amazing but customer service is very very very bad. The supplement website is junk. They are always out of stuff. Most importantly they ask you to share a referral link to get rewards…I’ve had 5 people order and I’ve got nothing.

Hey Cody, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback — even when it’s tough to hear. We want you to know we have replied to every message you’ve sent, so we’d truly appreciate the chance to understand where you felt our customer service fell short. Your experience matters to us.
To be fully transparent, we are currently out of stock for all the right reasons — the demand for Way2Wells supplements has far exceeded our expectations! Your support has been incredible, and because of that, we’re in the middle of restocking your favorites and leveling up our brand, including improvements to the website and overall customer experience.
Regarding the referral rewards: we’re sorry you didn’t receive what you were expecting. That’s definitely not how the program is supposed to work. If five friends ordered using your link, you absolutely should have earned rewards. Please send us a quick message with the email connected to your account, and we’ll personally look into it and make sure you get everything you’re owed.
We truly want you to love this company — the concept and the experience. Thank you for giving us the chance to make things right.

Very poor customer service and business model
I paid in full for my blood work and consultation. Unfortunately, there was a mistake on their end that delayed the process. Later, I was told there was a “time frame” to complete a make-up appointment — something I was never informed of, nor did I sign or acknowledge any agreement about.
When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told I’d have to pay again for the same services, with the explanation that their policies are listed on their website. However, a website policy is not a binding contract, and I never consented to those terms.
To make matters worse, they changed their program into a membership model without notifying existing clients. Even if I had been within the eligibility window for the re-exam and blood work, they were still attempting to charge an additional $500 for this new membership.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels unfair, especially given that I paid in full and acted in good faith. I truly expected better transparency and accountability from this company.

Sooooo disappointed
Sooooo disappointed. I paid $549 in July. Had my blood work done and met with a provider via online about the results. Went to do a follow up and was told I needed to now pay $599 to join a yearly membership!? I have no idea how previous customers were not told that everything had changed and at least provided some compensation towards a membership. Super disappointment knot to mention when you call you speak with someone who has kids screaming in the background making it hard to feel that this is professional at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — I'm truly sorry to hear that you left feeling disappointed and frustrated. That’s never the experience we want for our patients, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter unexpected changes, especially after your initial investment. Our pricing and membership model did change recently in order to better support long-term, comprehensive care — but we recognize that this shift may not have been communicated clearly enough to existing clients, and for that, I sincerely apologize.
Your point about compensation or transition options is a valid one, and it's something we’re actively discussing internally to ensure we're treating all patients fairly during this change.
If you're open to it, I’d appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and we’ll prioritize reviewing your situation and exploring a solution that reflects the trust you placed in us.
Thank you again for your feedback — we’re committed to doing better.

I was forced to give at least one star
I was forced to give at least one star, but they deserve negative numbers related to their service. It is a scam. They are not transparent with their business practices. They require you to give them biometric data in order to get simple blood test results. I noticed after i paid them and they sent me the link and information to create an account in their "charm" portal that this was required. I called and complained and asked for a refund. They gave me 100% assurance that the portal was optional and I could have the labs mailed to my home. (Note that to track them down and get to this conversation was no easy task. They say their Chatbot Allen can help you with anything. Good luck with that. I have not had it work once since all this started). Anyway, I took them at their word, scheduled the labs with Quest, showed up there, did the blood draw and used their QR/Bar code order, so I paid nothing at that time. I asked Quest how they would send me the results and they said that they wouldn't. Given that the payment was made with the slip of paper from Ways2Well, Ways2Well would get the results, and I would need to contact them to have them mailed to me, which I summarily did. Again, getting them on the phone, not easy, getting them to do anything even more impossible. After repeatedly telling them I had no intention of using their portal, which i would have never bought their service had they not lied to me and told me that would not be required, I asked repeatedly for a refund. I was told this was impossible. I argued about it and was told a supervisor would reach out to me for resolution. Well as you can see, I'm here ranting about how dishonest they were by taking my $549 and providing me nothing but inconvenience, and headaches. I never write reviews, but these people are terrible. It's absolute disgrace that they have been elevated on platforms like TC and JR, and those are high trust people. They really should put disclaimers on their episodes. I believe their operating procedures rise to the level of absolute fraud. Buyer beware as they say. This is to say nothing of what they do with your biometric and medical data. Anyone want to bet they are selling it and compromising you in ways they neglect to inform you about. I don't have proof on that, and I'm just asking questions that you should consider for yourself.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations.
To clarify a few points: our Charm portal is our primary method of communication and serves as our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, which is standard in medical practices. As noted on our website, lab work is completed through Quest Diagnostics, not mailed to your home, as we are directly contracted with them.
Regarding the lab process: Quest requires only your name, date of birth, or the barcode on your lab requisition form — no additional information is needed. Once your labs are processed, results are typically released directly to you by Quest, and they are also available in both the Charm portal and our Ways2Well app.
We’re sorry that our AI chatbot, Allen, didn’t meet your needs. While many patients find 24/7 access helpful, we understand that preferences vary. In addition to Allen, we also offer a dedicated phone line, text messaging, and app support to ensure communication options that work for everyone.
We truly strive to provide a high level of care and transparency and regret that we weren’t the right fit for your needs. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your healthcare journey.

Customer service didn’t help at all
Customer service didn’t help at all, and the process was way more complicated than advertised. Regret signing up.
