Greedy and unscrupulous business practices
EDITED TO ADD: This horrible company finally refunded half of our membership fee, but not until I started writing about what they did to me and filing complaints about it. I still would advise steering clear of them. It will save you a lot of grief! -------------- I joined Ways2Well (W2W) to enroll in a peptide program aimed at improving my health. The annual fee I paid was $600. Since then, my experience with this company has been terrible! My husband set up my account and accidentally made a typo in my birth date. For some strange reason, you cannot edit your personal information yourself, so we kept trying over and over to get them to correct the information. You would think this would be a simple thing, but it took them well over a month to correct it. They are horribly inefficient. The first thing they require is blood work, which you get at the lab of your choice and pay for yourself. The excessive amount of time it took for them to correct my birth date caused a problem when I tried to get my blood work done at the end of March because it did not match the birth date on my drivers license. The lab was not going to do the test until I showed them the messages my husband had submitted in an effort to get the error corrected. Again, W2W is terribly inefficient! Their inefficiency and failure to correct one simple birth date in a timely manner caused multiple delays in the entire process. They kept telling me I needed to get the blood work even though I had already done that! The only thing this company did for me was eventually give me the results of the lab work in the form of some reports that I'm certain are simply computer generated and then emailed. The next step was to set a phone appointment with their nurse practitioner in order to obtain a prescription for the peptides. They set me up for six weeks out on May 22. About three days before the appointment W2W sent me a text message letting me know that if they didn't receive my questionnaire by the end of day, they would cancel my appointment with the nurse. What questionnaire??? They responded that the questionnaire was on their app. If they could send me a text letting me know they were going to cancel the nurse appointment if they didn't receive the questionnaire, couldn't they at least have sent me a text message in early May letting me know there was a questionnaire I needed to complete? A little courtesy goes a long way! Instead of being courteous, and even though they had had over a month to inform me of this, they waited until the appointment date had nearly arrived. In the days preceding the appointment date, I had several medical appointments, and did not have a lot of time to sit down and answer the lengthy questionnaire. Nonetheless, I got it done and submitted it that day. On the day of the appointment, I was ready and waiting for the nurse to call me. The call never came so I contacted W2W and let them know. They said there should have been a link on their app that took me to a video call with the nurse. This was news to me as I had not been informed of this! Since my husband had already gone through the process, he looked on my W2W app for the link, but there was no link anywhere. Again, W2W is extremely inefficient and unorganized! I told W2W that I'm done. It had been one problem after another with them, and I requested a full refund since basically I paid a lot of money and received nothing of value in return. They refused to refund my membership fee. This company is unscrupulous, greedy, and untrustworthy. They screwed me over and don't care at all. If you are interested in getting peptides to help your health problems, find another company. This company charged me a whopping $600 for absolutely nothing. The law says that if you render money for services, you must receive something of value in return. I received nothing of value from Ways2Well. Please don't ignore their low Trust Pilot score.
