jury is still out on this company. everything was smooth initially. paid the 600, went to quest with their order form, received results within a week and was able to schedule an appointment the week after. the providers they list on their website however, are nowhere to be found. there were only 2 PAs or RNs available for me and none of them were listed on their website. this made me uneasy but went forward anyway. Turns out I got a lovely nurse and had a good experience with her. FYI, they do not have MDs or endocrinologists that you can speak with, only PAs or Rns or something similar. this will have to depend on your comfort level. about 4 weeks in, I needed to follow up with my nurse regarding my scripts and progress but could not find any contact info for her or anyone specifically. all the questions go to customer service and whoever gets it responds, I suppose. also, I wanted to buy some supplements, they had nothing on their website. everything was sold out. not sure how that is even possible. really? everything? I dont like the fact that they use so many different websites to conduct business, they use so many pharmacies, some you have to text, like a drug dealer. so many providers, it's confusing and can be inconsistent. also, received no rewards for referring someone. kind of a mess. all that matters to me are the results however, so I will have to wait and see the retest at 6 months to truly evaluate but so far, seems like a great concept with poor execution.

I cannot give this company anything highter than 2 stars. One may be more imporatant. They are the definition of a "Clusterf*ck". It was pretty easy to sign up and give them my $599...but the easy ended there. I finally tracked down my instructions in one of the 75 emails that they sent me telling me to sign up with a different company to go have my blood draw. Then they started emailing and texting me. Then I began getting emails from a pharmacy telling me that my "prescriptions" were ready...huh? Then had to sign up on a 3rd website (called Charm)to see the review of my blood tests. That website told me that I had had an appoinment...huh? I never talked to anyone. Just a strange lady with random recommendations. Someone I had never talked to. Now there is a 4th website to sign up on to get my "prescriptions" (they can be purchased by anyone off Amazon). But that website has the wrong name and wrong supplement recommendations. I give up on these people.

I had really high hopes for this company after hearing the owner on Rogan. Their customer service is abysmal. They got me started on a peptide regimen, and after the first month when I went to re-order, they told me they are "out of stock" and that I would have to find my own compounding pharmacy. After multiple calls, I found one. They sent the prescription to be filled, but the pharmacy told Ways2Well they couldn't fill it as prescribed and offered a different way. Did Ways2Well contact me to let me know this? Of course not. So 5 days later, I randomly called the pharmacy and they told me they spoke to Ways2Well. When I followed up with Ways2Well, they told me (rudely) I have to follow up with the pharmacy. I have now been without my medication for 5 days with no sign of getting refilled.

The concept is great, but the execution falls short. Had some communication delays and didn’t feel fully supported. Could improve with better follow-up.

I started Ways2Well about a year and a half ago after hearing about it on the Joe Rogan show. I loved the concept of it, however, I'm giving up on it today. They need to just get their s*** together. Let's start with a little annoyances... before every appointment you had to fill out a questionnaire, which okay, I understand you need to make sure that you're up-to-date on medications and supplements, etc. But you have to retype these in every time! You can't just click that you're still using something or edit an existing list, you have to type out every medication and every supplement and the dosage details every single questionnaire before you can book your appointment. I guess they decided to change that up so now before an appointment I had to fill out my whole entire profile again, including full medical history and uploading a picture - though I've already done well this over a year ago. I was told that this would be the last time I would need to do this, but the thing is, I've been waiting for an appointment five weeks now. For some reason, they also decided to change where you get labs saying that I could only go to LabCorp now. I do not know why but LabCorp takes 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to process blood work while Quest Diagnostics only takes a week. So waiting five weeks for an appointment may not seem like a lot but when you're having issues, it's a long time. And I messaged W2W a few times to share my concern on these issues, but they just say we need to wait for your labs to be 100% complete. At one point I made a more urgent push as I was concerned about anemia and some other issues and they released my partial lab results. It pretty much was the full labs except for a few missing areas. I honestly don't know why they couldn't have just made the appointment then. But at least then I was able to see how out of whack some of my numbers were and I just made an appointment with my local doctor. They were able to see me right away and we're very concerned about my lab results and said I was in critical clinical hypothyroidism - my TSH was 79. I shared with them that I was on a pork thyroid through W2W - a customized compound. They asked to see further history of my thyroid labs, which I shared with them. And you could see since late of 2024 through now, this increase in my TSH that should've been addressed. W2W just left me on the same dosage while all my symptoms got worse. I can only come to one conclusion at this point. W2W is great if if you're Joe Rogan or a celebrity that can spend a lot of money there. I'm sure they get priority and plenty of attention, but if you're just an average person interested in nontraditional health solutions and looking to avoid the BS of medical costs and insurance, sad to say W2W is not the solution it was made out to be. W2W's systems are antagonizing at best, this includes their staff that cannot actually address the human being behind the profile, and ultimately I am worse off health-wise than when I started their program.

Was super excited to try them out, and to figure out what was going on with my body and what I needed to do to perform at peak capacity since it felt like something was off. Unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing had to wait two months to review labs, then when I needed to reschedule that appointment due to work conflict (because they only have appointment times in the middle of the day) I had to wait another two months. I feel like the whole point for the program is to help you get to the bottom of your concerns, don't think its productive when the labs are 4 months old and they only have a 45 minute slot of time to discuss all the labs. Pretty disappointing experience considering the cost.

I tried to complete the questionnaire, but could not review the answers -- impossible on the website (I needed to finish the questionnaire after looking up some requested information). When I contacted the company to fix it, the person on the phone pulled up my questionnaire and said, "I see things on there. Good enough." I pushed back but was told that it didn't matter as long as I filled "something" in, didn't need to be complete or accurate. Token. When I tried to fix it via my online portal, the wording was ESL; it made no sense. Whomever they hired to create the form was offshore, and no one proofread it so it even SOUNDED legit! This questionnaire, IMHO, is smoke -- you're paying a lot for a blood test, the questionnaire is there just to sound robust, but any "insight" or tailored results is BS. Not a credible company. They did, however, give me a refund - -hence two stars instead of one. Note there are no other reviews on TrustPilot. Sketchy company.
