Terrible service. We have now been waiting 3 weeks for a response on how to return a pair of shoes that are too big for my son. I have emailed 3 times and tried socials.

This company has been very disappointing to deal with. Our order was purchased at the beginning of November with a promised delivery of 7–21 days. The shoes landed in Toronto three weeks ago—just 30 minutes from where we live—yet they still have not been delivered. While there has been communication, nothing has actually been done to resolve the issue. I even offered to pick them up myself, but that was ignored. The delay meant my daughter missed having the shoes at the start of her volleyball season, and they were intended as a birthday present that has now passed. The shoes themselves look amazing, which makes it even more disappointing that they have not been tried or enjoyed. An apparent investigation was launched and said to take 7 days, but that timeframe has also passed with no updates from the company. Excuses about Black Friday did not resonate, as the order was placed well before. The fact that a company cannot deliver a product sitting only 30 minutes away, despite repeated emails and calls, shows an alarming lack of follow‑through and respect for customers. This is unacceptable and has left us with nothing but frustration and disappointment.

I ordered 2 shoes because I saw the advertisement of Way of Wade claiming great comfort. Sadly, I did not have the best experience. I ordered size 10 shoes but they did not fit my foot. I put it side by side with a Nike size 10 and Way of Wade was smaller in size and when I raised this to their sales support they simply told me that this is not a quality issue. I asked for a replacement and give me a bigger size but the response was that I need to ship back the shoes and I will be refunded in 15 days then I can buy the bigger size shoes after. To make the experience worse, they have to deduct $30 dollars for the refund amount as they claim it was not a quality issue. How in the world should I know it doesn't fit my foot then? I buy size 10 shoes with other brands here in the US and no problem at all. These shoes were so tight it hurt my foot just fitting them in. I will never buy from them again and I do not recommend their after sales support which has boxed answers. Not very flexible and just responds probably using a "canned" response to its customers. I tried to explain I just wanted a bigger shoe and still want to use their shoes but they wouldn't budge. They even said, we are giving you a $10 dollar coupon which we do not give to other customers. Wow! I should be thankful for their bad shoe fit. Never again!

Wore my all city 13s for 4 months and the side exploded. I luckily avoided serious injury. I reached out to customer service and they said they will not do a refund because it was out of warranty and it wasn't "their fault" because I was using doctor issued foot insoles for plantar fasciitis. I've used these insoles on Nike and Adidas shoes and never had this issue. Needless to say, very disappointed in the shoe and the customer service experience. All they offered was a $15 coupon. Would avoid and just stick to the other options.

Bought my daughter a pair of shoes for this volleyball season and after 1 week of playing the sole near the toe started peeling up causing her to trip up when she’s serving and they just got worse from there. After contacting the company they would not help us because apparently no one else was having issues. They just stopped responding to our messages. This is unacceptable! We even sent pictures of the damage. These shoes were not cheap and now we have to buy a new pair of shoes for the rest of the season. I’m disappointed we took a risk on this company. Never again.

I would beware of purchasing from Way of Wade and I will personally never purchase from them again. It is purely the customer service that will keep me from every being a Way of Wade customer in the future. We received our shoes fine however, the size was wrong and another size was needed. Our first attempts at customer service ? Well they are almost completely unreachable. The phone number has a message that sounds like you are calling someone's home and emails go unanswered. Finally an email was answered and we were told that we must have missed their first 2 emails -- funny first two emails weren't shown and suddenly the 3rd one got through. Anyway we understood that we would need to return, at our expense and re-order. Not a problem it was our error in ordering the wrong size. They send return instructions and ask for pictures of the issue with the shoes.. umm no pictures they are just the wrong size. Finally return and make sure to get a tracking number. We get their email of receipt and refund but then a second email to inform that the shoes are "dirty" and there is a close up shot of a random spot where you put your foot in the shoe with a barely noticeable smudge. Likely the person who received the shoes had dirty hands when they took then from the box. All this to say that we were informed that this renders them un-refundable. We will not get a refund but they will send the shoes back to us. What's next we will have to pay to have the shoes returned? Now I know why there are so many posts on different market places for people selling these shoes privately. Don't waste your time if you are uncertain of what the fit will be like and don't expect good customer service.
