I placed an order on the 2nd of October for my son. He changed his mind and I proceed to cancel the order on the 3rd. Everything was processed in hours and I got the PayPal refund in few hours. Excellent service. I'm sure I will buy again. Many thanks!

This business really surprised me with the excellent customer service considering their rating. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for school and the shoes that arrived were scuffed up and appeared to have been either defective or used. So, I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund. They offered another style of the shoe, which was the same value of the ones I purchased. My son really like Way of Wades shoes, so I asked him if he liked the style they were suggesting. He did like them and picked the color he wanted. The new shoes arrived within a week. I was told I can keep the scuffed up shoes or throw them away. The immediate attention to my problem, the timely and professional responses to my emails, and solution provided to this issue is why I am giving this business a 5 star rating.

Great basketball shoes for reasonable prices. Unique and interesting colorways with new and upgraded models all the time. I got the WoW 808 3s and they were really comfortable. The containment was exceptionally good and they felt really low to the ground. I would definitely recommend it for shifty players who need a pair of shoes that can keep up with their quick footwork and help them stop on a dime.

Was skeptical with the low review score on here but had a great experience. The delivery cost was FREE from China to the UK which is amazing. Took 10 days delivery total time including weekends to the UK but considering they're shipped from China I think is very good! You can track your order the whole way which was cool it was shipped from China to Belgium first and the tracking did stall there for 3 days when I contacted customer service they got back with a swift reassuring reply. After those few days order landed in UK and didn't take long to arrive. Will definitely shop here again!
