My nephew loved the sneakers. Unfortunately, he needs Wide and they are not available. Responses regarding return have been quick and courteous. And we are able to get free shipping for the return with a special promotion.

I bought the way of wade slides. Love em. Customer service is also excellent. Return and exchange process is easy too

My question was handled well. Stella clarified what I had needed as well as provided the current whereabouts of my order. Extremely satisfied

The customer support was very active all the time and helped me a lot.

I placed an order by mistake and even though there was a national holiday, the customer service canceled the order and issued me a refund in just a day

These are very comfortable shoes and effective in-game. When my original pair needed to be replaced due to a defect, the customer service was very polite and responsive. I had an email that replacement was approved the same day (over a weekend no less). Great experience.

Site was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Ordering process was simple. No issues at all. Tracking number was provided soon after the order. Frequent status updates. Shoes were exactly as expected and awesome.

These shoes look fantastic, the materials feel very high quality, they are very bouncy which helps with jumping and absorbing the fall after a jump, and finally they are extremely durable.
