I just want to give a massive shoutout to Chloe, the Service Manager at Li-Ning WAY OF WADE. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! 🙌 Chloe helped me sort out my refund quickly and without any hassle at all. What really stood out was how fast and professional she was — every single email I sent was answered within hours. That kind of dedication and care is rare these days. Thank you so much, Chloe — you’re a real asset to WAY OF WADE and a perfect example of what great customer service should look like! 👏💯
