I was a little nervous placing my order due to the shipping timeframe. However, I chose the 3-7 express shipping and received my order within 9 days of placing it. This included the processing time, a pause in shipping due to the holiday, and a slight delay due to a winter storm in our area. When I reached out via email about initiating a return for one of the items, Joe was very helpful in assisting me complete the return. The pair of shoes themselves that we kept are nice and my son literally wore them same day throughout his entire game. He said they were very comfortable even without breaking them in and didn’t experience any soreness or irritation that night or the next day. I’m very impressed with the experience and product overall! I happily give this company 5 stars.

I ordered the wrong size shoe. The customer service was PHENOMENAL! They made every attempt to hold up the shipped item but were unsuccessful. Many companies just would’ve said no, we can’t do that. Effort matters! Made the return super easy and was able to get the right size shoe. My daughter loves the shoes!

My son is really rough on shoes and has wide feet. He did a lot of research on the most durable basketball shoes and chose Way of Wade. The price is reasonable, too! So that's a plus. They arrived one week after the projected date, but that was no fault of Way of Wade. There was an issue on USPS's end. We ended up not needing the socks that I ordered with the shoes so I initiated a return. The return process isn't as easy as other stores I use, but after some back and forth through email for a few days we finally came to an agreement.
