I placed an order for some shoes for my daughter’s Birthday but mistakenly ordered an 8.5 MENS instead of women’s. I didn’t realize the mistake until she opened them. I notified WayOfWade immediately and they informed me what to do. The process was simple and quick and they refunded the purchase amount within 10 days so that I could reorder the right size. Shoes came quickly and she loves them!

I recently purchased two pairs of way…
I recently purchased two pairs of way of wades 12 and they are great. I needed to return a pair and the customer services is wonderful. I reach out to them thur email and I got a response within an hour. they sent me a shipping laber and the return process was very smooth. I would definitely recommend to purchase from them.

Performance Only!
Really enjoy their shoes when the sizing has been good for me. Definitely recommend going straight for the performance pairs for comfort and longevity! Customer support response and helpful

WOW tried their best.
My experience was for sure not 5 stars but at the end of the day, it wasn't their fault. The logistics company that got assigned to deliver my package was honestly terrible but way of wade did do their best to get my package to me. I don't know if I'll ever buy from them again because I fear another delivery issue like this but at the very least, Way of Wade did speed up my delivery by contacting the logistics.
