Customer service by Chole was very professional and helpful with sorting out a return. Things to improve: Cover the cost of returning their product. Change their return policy of being able to try the shoes on and still able to return.

I think its my 5-6 li-ning Way of Wade shoes, I really like the quality. I hope there would be a store here in the US.coz sometimes it takes a while to get delivered.

At first it did seem a little shady, as the website didn't really give out a "verified vibe". But, with more inspection and searches I was convinced it was legit. Shipping was a little slow, but understandable as it's international shipping. Their tracking systems are not the most dependable, but they would provide you with an alternative tracking site which is 17track, and it was okay. But they certainly improved their customer service as they got my technical issue solved quickly. Overall a trusted website, just needs more patience from consumer's side.
