Dear Buyers. Stay tuned. I have a nightmare to share. I am trying to give them a chance to amend their scamming tactics. And if they dont then you will witness me sharing an experience which will surpass all the awful experiences so far. And most likely they could be banned to sell in North America.

I wanted size 46 1/3 but got a size 12 in us that 45 in eu land now i got to pay the shipping back thats 50 bucks for some bs

I purchased a set of Wade of Way 808 5 Ultra V2 volleyball shoes for my kid. We've had them for 9 months and the soles have chunks falling out (a large chunk in one spot splitting and getting bigger) and several spots where the material on the top near the front is separating as well. I've reach out to Wade of Way with photos of the defects and Stella the service manager is refusing to do anything about it, referring to the 60 day refund policy. This is clearly a defective product, poor quality or a very over priced cheap product. These were used only on indoor courts and my son took great care of the nicest looking shoes he's ever had. I absolutely do not recommend these shoes. Very disappointing. October 6/26 Update I've called them directly and was told they would forward it to their manager, guess who, Stella. She denied it again. Says she'll forward the issue to the factory so they can look into it, not likely. At the end, she offered a $20 discount on shoes that are $250 Canadian with taxes and shipping. Nice gesture, but still pathetic. This is unfortunately what you get for a company that is solely based out of Hong Kong.

Shoes fell apart after 4 months, company refuses to abide by Australian Consumer Law protections by providing full refund. Don't buy from these people if you're in Oz.

My brother asked for a pair of Way of Wade basketball shoes for his birthday. When they arrived, he felt the quality was poor and not up to the standard needed to play - they were flimsy and looked poorly made. I returned the shoes noting a quality issue, which it states on the website means the return postage would be covered. However, I received a refund minus the postage fee (£15). When I questioned this with them, I was told although it was a quality issue, it is not an “objective quality issue” - and that all customers have different requirements for product quality. But I think all customers expect to be able to play basketball in a pair of basketball shoes??? Anyway, instead of refunding the full amount for the shoes, they then suggested with the following: “If you don't mind, you can give us a five-star review on Trustpilot and send us a screenshot by email, and we will refund you 15 GBP. (This is not necessary. This is a shipping deduction program for interested customers; non-five-star or negative reviews will not participate in the event)” Considering we returned the shoes because there is a quality issue, a 5 star review would be outright lying. Bribing customers to write a good review in order to get their money back when the product is not up to standard is outrageous - I’d be wary of any 5 star reviews on here as a result. Happily sacrifice £15 in order to warn others about not only the quality, but also the absolutely shocking customer service 🙃

Extremely poor customer service My experience with the customer service representative was extremely disappointing. The person I dealt with was not friendly, not understanding and, most importantly, not helpful at all. Instead of trying to understand the situation and find a reasonable solution, I felt that my concerns were simply dismissed. The communication was frustrating, and I received no real support in resolving the issue.

Ich habe am 02.09 meine Schuhe bestellt und sie sind Stand jetzt, 18.09, immer noch nicht angekommen.
