We ordered the Wade All City 12 Encore shoes for my 16yr old son to play HS basketball this year. He loves the shoes and this is the second pair we've gotten from you all (he ordered shoes last year as well). The shoes though have not held up very well at all, the panels initially ripped a few weeks ago and I attempted a repair with a trampoline patching kit (seemed to work) and now the outside panel on the right shoe has also torn and the bottom part of the shoe has begun to tear away. Wrote to the customer support with the above and included pictures of the poor construction and my attempted repairs. All I got back was "you are outside the 60 day window. sorry". This particular shoes is total crap. My son only used it for a handful of basketball games and the surrounding practices. Lesson learned and we'll shop elsewhere moving forward.

I ordered my daughter's sneakers on the 13th of november as a christmas present They arrived the 8th of January!! For weeks I emailed customer service (no luck with phone number) asking when I would get them or if I could get a refund... nope, they couldn't care less if I was out money... the customer service did nothing for me. They are terrible. Worst ever!

Ordered shoes in mid November and unfortunately I never received them. They were a Christmas present, so I was tracking the package carefully. It is looking like the shoes were never shipped in the first place. The tracking number that was provided by Way of Wade led me to a site in which they stated the package was in my town as of November 22nd. After going to the site (USPS) to inquire about this, they confirmed they never received this package. They even reached out to the other locations listed on the tracking schedule and they confirmed they too had never scanned in the package. So fake tracking/shipping company? At this point, I have requested a full refund and can't seem to get a response. I highly recommend not using this company as they are unreliable!

I would give a lower rating if I could. I ordered these shoes on November 16 for my son as a Christmas present. To date, I still have not received them. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Then the solution is to offer me a $10 coupon when I’m never shopping here again.

I purchased a pair of Wade all city 12 Encore for $227.00 dollars on 11th September 2024. After three months the front is unglueing and the shoes are falling apart. What's even worse is the online store gave me the "after 60 days it's out of warranty answer" and only offered a $30 voucher at their store. Why would I spend any more money there??. My advice is stay away and stick to regular brands who will honour consumer law and replace a clearly faulty product.

Shoe started to come apart at the seams after about 90 days. The warranty for defect is 60 days......that's right 60 days. That's not the return window, that's their total warranty period. Pretty ridiculous. I think these shoes are more for show than performance.

bought a 230 dollar shoe broke third time my son used them the company refuses to replace or refund the shoe even though the sole is falling apart i sent them a picture which they acted like they can not see the damage this is a huge shoe scam says they are in scotsdale Arizona but customer service is in hong kong i would not recommend buy these shoes to anyone you could get better quality at walmart and that’s a fact

My 14 year old son saved up his own money to purchase a $180 pair of Way of Wade shoes. He is a shoe lover and researches. Historically, he has purchased Nike or Adidas and they treated him well but he wanted to try these. He got the shoes in timely manner and loved them! However, after about 2 weeks of wear the grip began to chip away. I sent pictures to Way of Wade who offered us $20 refund or $30 store credit. I was disappointed with this so they offered us $30 refund or $40 store credit. I was honestly expecting that they would send us a new pair of shoes. They said we can’t return because they’re worn. If you don’t stand by the quality of your high end product you will lose a lot of business. Companies are successful if they are committed to quality control and ensuring customers are happy and want to come back. Very disappointing.
